Yesterday I spoke to Tatiana and she said she was going send me a letter to take to court and I did not received it. Iâm really upset with this company because each one of the person I spoked every week had said that they had send a message to Jennifer and if she doesnât replied back to them and they were going to contact their supervisor and NOTHING has been done. YOU ALL fail my trust I will not recommend your company to anyone because you guys fail to your clients. There is LACK OF COMMUNICATIONS from this company. I donât know WHY you guys havenât gotten the payments since April 2019, if there was something wrong with the payment you would have called me or send me a statement. I have not heard from you guys about that this until I called you in January 2021 and my payment is set til February 10, 2021 and NO payment has been drafted.
I wish that someone be integrity about helping their clients and not set them aside and ignored them.

I started the program over two yearsâŠ
I started the program over two years now, just recently one if the creditors died me. I was do scared because I never experienced this before. But I'm happy how Wyolaw firm were able to negotiate with the creditors and have this issue settle d peacefully. I know in no time I will get over this and be debt free. I'm also hoping Wyolaw firm will soon negotiate with my ok there creditors do I can finish with this program by next year as programed.

I am an existing client of Summit/Wyo Law. I was left with a large amount of debt that I could not maintain payments on by myself after my spouse died. I tried negotiating with the creditors myself, but they would not work with me and were not sympathetic to my situation at all. In early Dec
In early Dec. I called Wyolaw and spoke to Nishida saying that due to loss of my job because of COVID-19 I didnât have enough funds for my upcoming payment. Nishida was very helpful and we AGREED in voice recording that a payment of $120 was to be processed on that day and it was.
Nishida just called and asked me she needed to get a voice recording saying that Iâm defaulting on my account which is false! Iâm in good standing with Wyolaw and refuse to taking part in it. Please listen to the voice recording before you call me! Sincerely, Ryan Chang.
