Sunova レビュー

Very good, good price, efficient, kept up to date with arrangements. Would recommend

Really happy with my experience with Sun-Ova. The whole process was straightforward from start to finish, and the team were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and there was no pressure at any point.

The service was professional, communication was great and I’m really pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend Sun-Ova to anyone looking for a reliable company.

They arrived promptly and got straight on with the bird proofing and cleaning of my solar panels. Unfortunately, they missed out on the first coffee from getting on with the job ☕😂.

Sorry the weather wasn’t the best, and the wind was blowing like we were at the beginning of a storm! 🌬️ Despite the conditions, Jake and Mark were both polite, friendly and genuinely salt-of-the-earth kind of guys.

I’d be more than happy to have them back to clean the panels on a regular basis. And if you’re ever passing through the area, Jake and Mark, you’re more than welcome to pop in for that well-deserved coffee!

Great service from two top blokes. Highly recommended to rid you of those pesky solar panel bird invaders.

Jake was very prompt from ordering his services. He cleared the nests from under the solar panels, installed bird-proof mesh and cleaned the lichen-encrusted panels. The panels are now nice and sparkly, and I have several p***ed off pigeons.

I contacted Sunova for a quote to replace pigeon netting around my solar panels and to clean them. My panels are leased so there are restrictions on who can carry out work. Jake was very understanding and provided me with a quote which was very reasonable. He also provided me with the necessary paperwork to assure my solar panel company. He booked me in within 3 days, did not ask for any payment upfront and arrived promptly. He explained what he would be doing and how. He was able to safely remove 4 pigeons that had managed to get under my panels and secured the panels with new stronger wire mesh and wire clips. He then cleaned my panels until they were gleaming! He and his colleague were extremely professional, attentive, polite and helpful. The work comes with a 10 year guarantee. I line in Northampton and they are based quite far but travel nationwide. Payment was only requested on completion. I highly recommend this company. You will not get a better service! Thank you to Jake and Sunova!

Jake did a brilliant job cleaning our roof and panels . Very quick and tidy whilst being professional.
Extremely fair priced.
Unfortunately he did have issues on our agreed date, so he couldn't come, he phoned very quickly to inform me. Then had the same issues the following day, but because he didn't want to let me down he came and got the job done on his own.
Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend!

They did a great job clearing away old nesting material from under our solar panels, cleaning the panels, and putting wiring around to prevent further nesting underneath by pigeons. They were quick, they explained what they had done, and they cleared everything up really well before they left.

Really easy to organise and the team arrived on time and did a great job they were friendly and informative. We had a lot of problems with pigeons and since the work was completed we’ve had no issues. Would recommend to anyone.

Very well priced, quick and efficient

We received an immediate response to our query - help needed for pigeons nesting under our PV panels - and a very fair price quoted.
Jake and his colleague arrived on time and started work at once - resisting the offer of real coffee. The whole process, including cleaning the panels, took about an hour. There was no mess and no more pigeons.
And then Jake had a coffee!
