My husband and I appreciate the tasty gluten-free and keto offerings. The meals provide a venue through which to experiment with unusual world cuisine flavor combinations and cooking techniques.

The food is delicious with so many options for meals and modifications. It helps us explore new dishes from all over the world without having to restock our kitchen every time! They have also been very responsive whenever I have questions.

Wonderful, interesting meals that are fresh and easy to prepare. The variety of meals available are always changing. We enjoy the diversity.

We've tried several of the food prep services - Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, and Green Chef My wife and I find Sunbasket to be the healthiest. The food is good quality. The portions are perfect. Taste is pretty good, too. Like all of them, the meals do take a while to prepare. I generally plan on double their estimate.

I’ve been using Sunbasket since early 2016 and love it. It’s got the most flavorful and excellent recipes, and no other meal delivery service can compete. I do wish portions were somewhat bigger for some recipes, particularly given the cost of some of them.

Sunbasket takes the thinking out of meal planning. The meals teach me new techniques and expose me to new flavors.

Most of the recipes are great, there are some minor quality issues that reduced my rating to 4. Sometimes the produce is packed too close to the ice packs and gets frozen and can't be used. Occasionally packaged protein is leaky. They do refund quickly if you notify them of quality issues, which is awesome. Customer service is 5/5. I am also a bit disappointed with the variety of options sometimes, but that's not super common. Overall I really like Sunbasket and I've been a customer for many years.

We love the quality and the interesting recipes and delicious flavors. Since becoming empty-nesters, it has helped to adjust our shopping , reduce our waste, and still provide the restaurant -quality cuisine every week that we've come to enjoy. It has also given us new cooking skills and flavor ideas for the non-Sunbasket nights.

Sunbasket has had consistently high quality and good dietary options. They have always had great customer service if problems pop up.

Delivery is consistent and timely and menu options are diverse. I like the healthy meal options abs learning about new food. The meals always come with quality ingredients

Sunbasket has great, healthy meal options. The delivery service is good and they let you know if there is a change in holiday delivery dates. I have enjoyed preparing their meal kits and like the variety of choices because there is something for everyone and even breakfast and add ons. I've rarely had and issue with my boxes and if I do when I contact them they take care of the problem promptly so customer service is good. The quality of the kits are fresh and time saving.

I've been using Sunbasket for over 6 years. Most weeks it's great the food shows up and all the ingredients are ok. Sometimes on holiday weekends, they notify me after I can't change my order that they will be delivering later in the week. Then I have more meals than I can make. Also, sometimes the proteins have cuts in the packaging and can't be eaten but they are usually good about refunding me those meals. It just is stressful to add an unplanned grocery trip into our already crazy weeks. I also have to pick the meals that take the lower times since I'm not a chef and can never make the estimated times the put on the recipes. Overall sunbasket helps my busy family eat healthy without all the overhead of meal planning.

Sunbasket has high quality ingredients and most of the recipes are easy to prepare.

The food is great and sure comes in handy for RV living when your space is limited for fresh ingredients.
Shipping has had some hiccups for me with my time with Sunbasket - but they are always willing to fix it. Different delivery carriers bring different experiences. The pre prepped food is great as well for limited space because everything is proportioned out. The extras in the Market items are a great feature - but best of all - it’s Organic!

Delivery instructions aren’t always followed. Quality of produce is uneven. Steak is usually tough. Some sauces are overpowering if used in pre-packaged quantities.

Sunbasket makes deciding what's for dinner easy. And it helps with portion control, which is so important. It's a win-win!
