These guys are total scammers

These guys are total scammers, DO NOT BUY. Thank GOD for credit card companies to take care of these scammers. Hey even my credit card company knew they where scammers, lol.
These guys will not be in business next year, they are all LIARS, especially Lucas and Sam, do not listen to the words they say, pure bologna. Sam is on break every 5 mins when I call West Coast Office, LOL - because he is not a MAN and won't stand up to what he says. Pure trash!! A man's word is all he has in this world. Oh and Lucas is in CHINA I guess, he will respond when he is not getting his nails done, but he will respond around 1am West Coast time when everyone is sleeping. WHAT A JOKE!
Promised 15% off for damaged parts and said they would send parts that where missing from the destroyed shipping box that was sent to my office. I have packed up there junk exhaust and put there shipping label on it to pick up, it is sitting at my office front door - they can pick up or not - dont really care either way. Buy from American Dealer, not Chinese JUNK. Call MBRP 888-636-7223, Banks 800-601-8072
They send damaged and missing parts, then they promise everything and never come through. I think we can all tell by all these terrible reviews by numerous people that this is not a company (or fake company should I say) no one should purchase a paperclip from them, let alone a part you are going to install on your vehicle.
I am contacting Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Attorney Generals Office to get them removed from selling in United States and to get this fixed if they do not make this right, I am on a mission to get this fixed.

To there response- Total BS everyone!!
They have my order# IS-SA-1000519640 and they know exactly who I am, they will not pick up the phone from (4) of my different phone numbers. They told me there was no missing parts or damaged parts, which I have sent 5 photos to them. I dont know what they mean by normal circumstances, I guess there normal circumstances are not the same as normal people circumstances, lol. They say in there response that they are shipping parts that are damaged or missing but they already told me they do not have the parts in stock, so everyone these guys are total liars, scum of the earth. But hey they wished me a pleasant life, lol.
The Federal Trade Commission said give them one more week to make this right, if not I will keep pursuing it. I have to make them do the right thing, even if it costs me money now. We will see if they respond and fix this by middle of next week. I doubt it because everything they said in response is a lie. We shall see

They are full of BS, thank God I got all my money back, they either picked up there parts at my front door or someone stole them. They are junk parts anyways. Do not buy from these people, they lie through there teeth and they dont know which lie they are telling you cause they lie so much.

First, the company is in Hong Kong, not the US. There is no guaranteed fit or easy return. I made countless calls and they would always send me this same message multiple times.
First, I’d like to confirm whether your vehicle bolt pattern and your wheel bolt pattern are the same.
Could you please provide me with the following information so that I can check if we have a suitable product to replace it for you?
Thickness
PCD (Bolt Pattern)
Center Bore
Thread Size
I told them that I don't want a replacement. I want a refund because they don't fit over my hubs and it has nothing to do with anything else. They told me that they do fit. Then they sent me this message.
Please provide the following pictures: (If the package is unopened, just provide a picture of the package)
①Images of the product and its accessories.
②Pictures of the repackaged items.
Once I receive this information, I will proceed with the necessary steps.
I sent pictures and they assured me that they would email me the packing slip the same day. I called three days later and asked where the packing slip was and the guy said, " I don't know who you talked to but I'll see what we can do". I purchased the items December 6, 2025. It is now January 17, 2026 and they have blocked my phone number. I'm out $107.00
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

No place for the maf sensor

They sell the intakes individually for a car that has dual intakes, and then they don't come with a spot to put the maf sensor.

Buyer beware

I ordered 2 inch wheel spacers for my vehicle got them and saw they were the wrong ones . It cost me $70.00 dollars to ship them back which suncentauto would not pay for that’s totally up to you my parts were $120.00 so I only end up getting $50.00 of my $120.00 dollars back and they get the brand new parts and get to sell them to someone else. All I can say . Buyer beware, I’ll never buy another part from them again

I ordered a set of exhaust headers which they said were an exact fit when I got them they were not an exact fit and they would never work for my car or any other V8 in my category I put the stuff back in the box nice and neat in the same bags and packing the scent and they're telling me they want more information before they can return something asking me personal questions that have nothing to do with the sale they're doing everything they can not to return my item I would never use these guys again and would suggest you don't either

Do not purchase from this company. Their representatives do not know what they’re selling and they will take your money and send the part if even you try to cancel.

1. I ordered a part on accident, 10 minutes later I sent an email to cancel the order. A few minutes later it says it has already shipped at 9:30PM EST but customer service is 9AM-5PM EST?

2. The next morning I decided well maybe I’ll just use it if it’s the right part so I call around 12pm to ask a question. The person that answers the phone doesn’t even know what’s in the kit and says it hasn’t shipped yet. So I tell him that I already sent an email the night before and to double check that it’s cancelled. He says they will send confirmation overnight of the return of my money.

3. 1:45 AM EST the following morning there’s an email informing me that they cannot cancel the order because it has shipped and that if I want to keep it they will give me 10% discount, reject the delivery or send it back.
IMHO they did not answer my original email about cancelling the order and sent it the following night after I called to make it harder for me to return it. They don’t have a good track record of easy returns.

As for our email support team, this is managed by our headquarters. We have phone-based customer service in different countries, but all email support is centralized at headquarters. The expected response time for email inquiries is also specified on our website.

Regarding the failed cancellation and subsequent return process, this is straightforward. The customer service team will request certain information, such as photos of the package and product, and then provide a return address. Once the return is received, we will process your refund. Rest assured, there should be no significant difficulties in obtaining your refund under these circumstances.
