Very unhappy

Have just thrown mine in the rubbish. Have persevered and I do know how to use a mask and snorkel. It is light and compact and it is a shame that is does not live up to expectations.
Consistently fogs and leaks water.

The product was very nice but not suitable for my daughter. I requested return information & was told to keep it & get a 50% refund. I was immediately suspicious. No thanks, I want the full refund. Took a while to get the return address. Not Tugun in QLD. No, it was to a China address. So a lot more money to return & very slow. I've been waiting about 3 weeks already. Poor customer service. You present as being from Australia & I expect to return to an Australian address. Deceitful, in my opinion.

Scam company. The same exact goggles are sold on amazon under a different name for 20$. Sundaeco advertises itself as an Australian company but they are based in China, upmarking goggles purchased elsewhere and shipping them out. The colors are not as advertised either, and customer service is not cooperative with coming to a solution. The goggles themselves also do not have the anti fog and anti smudge resistance that it promises. Do not buy.

Ordered the items within the 10 day delivery time frame and they arrived right on time! The customer service and communication was fantastic but the actual goggles themselves were disappointing. Purchased 2 sets and both of us have narrow faces and my partner has a moustache and we found both googles would fog and leak. The snorkel items and the flippers no issue and loved the colours, but as mentioned unfortunately annoying when in use

Anti fog goggles fogged up almost immediately and couldn't get them to stop fogging up

Total scam. Everything is wrapped in plastic clearly labelled made in China. You can buy the identical product from BCF for $35. Mirage sunset snorkel. Comes with the case included.

Pretty disappointed to see shipping come directly from china. Especially when they make out they are aussie owned and located. I also expected it to be pretty quick delivery wise, would have thought they'd have stock in Australia, but looks like just another drop-shipping scheme. Still waiting on delivery and has been well over a week already.

Fully regret buying these. Got a faulty leaky snorkel, reported it and they said they would 'consult their team and get back to me'. 3 months later I hadn't heard back so I followed up only to be told it was now too long after I purchased it and they wouldn't refund it. RIP OFF. Spend your money on a quality set from a company with values.

Products dropshipped straight from China. No customer service, number on website disconnected and multiple reviews deleted from social media including people missing pieces of their snorkels

the best online shopping experience uve ever had, gret product, great service.
