Σε γενικές γραμμές όλα καλά, αλλά το μεγαλύτερο τους φάουλ είναι ότι δεν απαντάνε ποτέ στα μυνήματα. Είχα μια παραγγελία ενάμιση μήνα που δεν την έστελναν και μετά από 3 αναπάντητα μυνήματα αναγκάστηκα και πήγα να κάνω αναφορά στο PayPal.

Ordered resin which I needed to return but had to do it in two packages due to the weight.

The warehouse that sunlu uses for returns confirms they received 1 of the parcels but not the other even though I have photo evidence of them being delivered to the same address 5 minutes apart 😂customer service wasnt great but wasnt terrible at the beginning for example taking 4 days for a reply. After a few months and finally getting a reply customer service said warehouse didnt receive the photo and told me to check with the courier...I had photo evidence and a signature on both deliveries that matched but fast forward afew months later customer service day I can be refunded for 1 of the parcels but again! Fast forward another month of them ignoring my emails - I have no refund for either parcel, no response to my questions and left being done over after spending alot of money.

Forwarded the email trail to a different customer service email to which they said we cant help as someone is already assisting you (hasnt responded for 2 months) and recommend it contact the courier....so they clearly didnt read the email trail! So in short sunlu is a great option for affordable filament but dont even bother trying to return items.

Bad customer service, they pack the filament in plastic wrap in a thin retail box. If your reel is smashed they refuse to help and will claim they cannot get a refund from shipping.

That's irrelevant to the consumer it's literally the law they are responsible for resolving issues as the shipper.

Edit: eventually I got a partial refund. Not a great experience but score updates to reflect.

Order #SL29763325 was placed on November 19th. A wrong shipping address was added automatically. I contacted customer support the same day with the correct address and followed up three times.

I have received no response at all. The package appears to have been returned.

I am now requesting either a reshipment or a full refund. The lack of customer support is unacceptable.

Lately fake stores are emerging that clone the Sunlu Store. And you know what they have? "STOCK" I always tell my friends: If you want to spot the fake store, look at the stock. If it's positive stock then its fake, because Sunlu never has stock. Espcially in Europe.
Imagine a supplier that doesnt have stock, but amazing videos on social media platforms of how their filament looks and prints.

Sadly i came to love this brand since i started using their filament from day one, so you can understand my disappointment when writing this review.

I hope next year would be great, probably i have do plan in January so i have enough for next Christmas...

Purchased a dozen reels of sunlu filament from sunlu UK, all i have used have worked great apart from one reel of pla that's just rubbish silly string, won't adhere to the bed or itself. Tried to contact them about it left messages and emails without any response, the product is cheep but the company will treat you with contempt.

Terrible customer service sent back my filament unopened emailed them and they asked me to sell it secondhand due to postage costs although I paid the return cost! Still not replied to my emails therefore I will go through Barclaycard I wouldn’t use them terrible customer service !!!

Great Price &Great quality. I have been 3d printing for 18 months and 15 of those months I have use Sunlu.
Never had a problem and always been happy with delivery time and their product and Especially the price. Thank you for helping me have great experience with printing,

I have been using Sunlu filament for many months, and I have always had excellent prints, and the price has been very keen- I also have 2 x Sunlu Driers, which keep my filament dry and ready to print - I would recommend Sunlu to anyone who is looking for a company that delivers on its promise

I have bought directly from Sunlu many times and also from amazon. The quality of the product is up there with the best. I particularly like using the PLA 2.0. I will continue to buy these product for the foreseeable future.

I've used this company for filament for over a year now, and although the prices are lowering, the quality seems to be just going up and up, From empty spools that you threw away, to reusable spools to protect the environment and selling the filament without spools..

Will be using this company for a very long time!

Good quality filament reasonable price fast delivery

I have never had a problem with there filaments I have been using them for over 2 years now.

Have been using PLA & PLA+ right from the beginning when I purchased my first 3-D printer about three years ago .

One thing I really like about this company is each spool comes in a re-sealable bag which is neat. delivery is very reasonable most of the time . ( UK ).

i'll definitely recommend this company Sunlu because it offers reliability and a good product which seems to be consistent I have now purchased Well over 40 rolls from them and I have not had one single bad one as date .

I also have a couple of the other product Filament Dryer, Filament Connector FC01 ,Filamrnt Pen.

All Geat products and work well ...

Sunlu PLA+ 2 is my goto filament. Sensible price and great range of colours.
Consistently good printing with Bambu’s standard profiles.

I also like thier range of marble filaments.

Great PLA, always quick delivery, happy with the product and highly recommended.

5* best filament out there. I've used many brands and different types and sunlu is by far the best. I've used pla+, pla, and high speed filament from sunlu and I have had no issues at all. Print quailty is amazing They are the only company I use now. Look forward to trying out the resin next.
Can review resin if you send a tester sunlu.

Amazing delivery times and price, SUNLU filament is my main choice, and it has never failed me. Great supplier and will most definitely use again and again.
