The immediate warmth and feeling of welcome I experienced was very inviting and appreciative. Your store is indeed an oasis of calm in the midst of a the throng of everything else around.

The quality and array of your aromas ia amazing, and the luxurious feel of the products and how they are displayed and presented is equally beautiful.

You have designed your spaces to allow customers to feel intimately close to the relaxing and uplifting effect of your product range, yet I didn't feel overwhelmed or hurried.

We haven't been to Cardiff for a while and your store was the highlight of our day.

Good good quality perfume but customer service it is horrendous. I don’t know if they are connected to any buddies that people could take their complaints to because they do not take complaint seriously they do not respond to any complaint for a feedback when something is gone wrong, unfortunately I had to experience that even though I have purchased four bottles from them.

These fragrances are heavenly. Just got a bottle of the golden dust elixir, wow

Have been trying to return an unopened item purchased online and get a refund. Emails ignored and despite having returned the item I’ve had no acknowledgement or refund and no response to my emails chasing it. Extremely poor customer service!

Don't buy there 5 bottle set. They Charge £50 "KNOWING" that there bottle is half full but you pay full price. I brought it got home and all bottles empty or half empty. I brought off the manager Muhammad. Wallahi his the manager & done customers like that. I then realised after getting home to which isn't round the corner. I called & spoke to a female "black female" who was very very helpful. I won't say her name she is the only black female working there so won't be hard to find her. She said bring it back the next day. The next day I got there just before closing and spoke to Asian guy who wasn't really trying to resolve the situation was just like what do u want me to do & offering a refund x5 or more times. After I repeatedly told him I want this item my sons birthday and this is what he wants. As soon as the black female came back from break she resolved the situation straight away with her college looking at her like are you sure, Muhammad etc etc not knowing i called in explained etc. Plus the both stated they already knew there was a problem as a lot of customers have brought the same product back. I realise its about race if your Asian treated better, didnt matter i was Muslim to my skin colour didnt match the culture. I used to like this shop but always felt uncomfortable coming but enjoy the perfumes. The staff dont make you feel at ease. No deals or discounts no matter how much u spend. Bad bad experience no matter what pretty girl or guy you try to sell your item. Shout out to the black lady who to time to help me. I have it recorded & will be posting. Shame on you sunna as u charge enough money but the people isn't you priority, money is.... Try find the youngs Muslim boys outside Stratford on the stairs there cheaper and just as nice. Save your money.

The staffs, the aspect of the staffs explanations is great to me.
