Jag genomförde en beställning för två veckor sedan, fullt medveten och redo för att det skulle kunna komma att ta lite tid innan den kommer fram. Nu, två veckor senare, står det fortfarande på beställningsinformationen att ”beställningen förbereds” och jag har vid fyra separata tillfällen försökt komma i kontakt med företaget för att få reda på vad som händer och om jag kommer få beställningen. Jag ska ge dem att de faktiskt svarat på mina mail, tyvärr har jag bara mottagit icke-svar. Jag får om och om veta att ”om något skulle gå fel får jag återbetalning” men när jag frågar om något faktiskt har gått fel eller beställningen fastnat repeterar de bara samma mantra, som om de låtit en chatbot ta över all form av kunddialog. Jag är fast i en ändlös loop. VARNING: BESTÄLL ALDRIG FRÅN DETTA FÖRETAG. SANNOLIK SCAM!!!!!!!

Perfume was quite pricey and it was not long lasting

Can’t get enough of this stuff, I have 8 of these scents and mix and match oils to scents which makes them stronger and last longer.

I have asked on 3 separate occasions for a refund and I have received zero response. Poor customer service

Very poor service the bottle sizes have become ridiculous although the bottle size I’ve got smaller the price has increased an online. It says you can get a third bottle half price tried it three times it doesn’t if you look at the price of the original aftershave to the oils are not much in it anymore.

My parcel was returned to the sender twice and it took so long to find a solution

I had a e mail to say this weekend postage free so I placed the order and wrote a birthday message on 1 of the items . On delivery it was 1 day late to what the e mail said they charged me postage I was not happy at all and they said no gift message was attached . So yeh I was not happy I messsged them they said I never attached the massages ok my fault and they never even mentioned why postage was charged . They should have refunded me the postage even on point would have been accepted.

I went to the Trafford centre and had a test strip of these fragrances given to me when I popped into my bag then smelled in my room when I got home at least two weeks later I could still smell how amazing these are and had to go back and treat myself!

I visited Sunamusk Solihull stall today to buy my son a birthday gift. I was served by very polite young lady called Nafisa she helped me with the perfumes smells she is a great inspiration to the business she really knows her products and is a very good salesperson. I give her 5 star for the service she gave me. Thank you Nafisa.
