I am a bit shocked that we have to pay to get samples , I am a big buyer of perfumes and that’s the first time I’ve seen this . It is a bit disappointing. . However , I have to recognise that the staff was very friendly and professional. That was in Bristol

Do not buy. They do not take returns although unopened.
I was recommended by my friend. It smelled so nice on her. When i wore it it was too strong to my liking. She suggested I buy the oil to compliment the edp. I got the same perfume and oil bundle. Then I requested to return one bottle of unopened fragrance but they did not accept my return. If this was the case, you should have clearly mentioned in website that it’s non returnable no matter what..even though the perfume is fully sealed and never touched.
Their customer service takes ages to get back. I had awful experience so be very careful before purchasing online. They do not take returns in any condition.
