I had to leave this review. Especially for Rick, he went above and beyond the normal customer service we are used to.

The item I ordered was out of stock and, Instead of doing what most stores do and just refund me, I got a lovely email explaining the situation almost immediately, with an option of a full refund or an upgrade to a higher spec version by the same manufacturer.

I was pleasantly surprised, and maybe his arm may be a bit sore as I jumped at the kind offer and almost bit it off. The superior product arrived 48 hours later, and is fully installed and working beautifully.
