I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, my experience so far has been identical to these reveiws. I placed an order ( msunny-342415) for One lawn aerator, received Two and want to return the extra one for refund. I tried to cancel the second item via email 2 minutes after receiving the order acknowledgement, did not get a reply. I've since tried to contact sunnygo via email several times but get no reply. I want to return one item but have two return addresses one on their website and one on the parcel delivery label. I am reluctant to return the unwanted item until I have confirmation of the return address and confidence I will actually receive my refund. I paid via Paypal so will be contacting them for advice. To other potential customers I say...AVOID this company at all cost. Their customer service is non existant.

Judging on other reviews, why hasn't this company been shut down!?

I ordered a chopping machine from this company. It arrived weeks after I ordered it. I decided it wasn't worth the money. I contacted the company because I couldn't get on to the site to fill out a returns form to send it back. I emailed them at least five times. Which I received no reply from any of them. I cannot return this item.ad there is no way I can access the form. I explained this and have had no reply. I would not recommend buying anything from this company as their after care service is shocking. They've had your money and don't want to know about anything else.

I ordered an item, paid for item, received email with track your order. After 22 days my parcel is apparently is in NL with a local carrier and clearly should be in another country. Emailed for update or refund, no reply. Avoid buying items on Sunny go.co.uk.

Purchased a wireless car-cam from Sunnygo (PayPal informed me the company name was BrightBargins) was sent tracking details which did not track anything. Sent endless messages- no replies. Then four weeks later the item was delivered, but it was the wrong product (not wireless) I have now sent over 300 messages because there was no information with the parcel regarding returns,SunnyGo have not replied to a single message. My advice to everyone is do not buy anything from Sunnygo, and do not use PayPal to purchase anything, PayPal have been 100% useless helping me to recover the £45 I think I’m going to be cheated out of

Ordered a camera as advertised on facebook, it never arrived. I am trying to get a refund through Paypal.
They are rubbish, I hope they go bust as they serve no purpose. Very Angry!

Do not use this site, I wished I had checked these people out, took Money, no products delivered. How many more people have to keep losing money when clearly this site/company are not reputable.

Unresponsive customer service contact. I ordered my items, paid my money and have not received. I should have read these review before ordering. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and have not had one response back to emails or contact form.
This company are ripping people off and should be shut down

Paid my money, never received email or items. So disappointed with Facebook in having these Scammers taking people's money. Never got any reply, would give them no score at all.

Order finally arrived. Grand kids were so excited. What a total let down and disappointment. No fizz at all and toy at the end was as big as your little finger nail. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND A SCAM. DONT BOTHER

Scam I’ve been done with no contact from customer service extremely disappointed

Ordered the easter needoh calendar for my daughter for easter. Had to open a dispute as after a month it still had not arrived. Luckily I paid through clear pay so got a full refund through them. Avoid at all cost

Dreadful service. I ordered 10 picture hangers and they charged me for 60. They did not reply to any emails. I contacted my bank and have waited many weeks for a refund but SunnyGo did not pay the return postage. What a rubbish company.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Useless \ non existent customer service .... Requested to cancel within minutes of placing the order. No reply from them until they shipped the item a week later!!

Seriously AVOID these clowns....thankfully Paypal will deal with it, so Sunnygo lose out....1* is too high for these.

After a response from Sunnygo I am writing to confirm that my complaint has been resolved and appropriate and positive action has been taken by the company. It's refreshing to know that they care. Thanks.

DODGY website!!!Tracking Number is a dead end. No customer contact. This company is still operating a website when, despite a barrage of negative customer reviews, it is allowed to still make one-way trades ie your money for ...no goods.

If I could give less than 1 star I would…. Don’t order anything from this website ITS A SCAM

Ordered a fold up chair for a birthday present. Just arrived, dangerous, misleading, size is suitable for a garden gnome. It was supposed to be a large one and too late for the birthday, i was so embarassed turning up without a present. Its could only be used safely in this size as a footstool in my opinion.How do i return it free of charge?
