I placed my order on May 2, 2020. After I did not receive my order or hear from a store, I emailed to a store with a request for an order status on May 21. Never received a response. A week later I emailed to the store with a request to cancel my order and to refund my funds. A store responded "The goods have now arrived in the United States and are now subject to customs inspection. The next message will be updated when the goods arrive in the United States." Yet, USPS tracking system showed that, even though a shipping label has been generated on May 2 (a purchase day), the product was never received by USPS. I responded with a request for a refund again, but no response from the seller. I filed a claim with PayPal and complaint on FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. I strongly recommend any other consumers to stay away from this web site as they do not appear to honor your purchase or at least to try to provide good information as to the status of your purchase.

THIS COMPANY IS PROBABLY A SCAM I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER , REFUND , NO ONE HAS NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE OR REPLIED TO ANY EMAIL THAT I HAVE SENT i PLACED A ORDER APRIL 26 , 2020 AND STILL HAVE NIT RECEIVED AND NO CONTACT

I purchased two items on this website. I was a little leery when I was directed to PayPal rather than to a credit card processing screen, but hey, I also run a small business so I had to extend a little bit of faith. I received a payment confirmation immediately, and within four days was provided with a tracking number. I went to the USPS site and requested tracking data on a daily basis.

Three weeks later, my package was still not actually in transit. Yes, the company had purchased postage and printed a shipping label but never shipped the package. They have only a gmail address for customer service - no telephone number. I've sent two messages already, and have gotten no response. I will be working with my credit card company and with PayPal to claw back payment, as this is looking more and more like a scam operation.
