Excellent service from start to finish. Really pleased with our blinds for our new kitchen. We used this local company a few years back when we had blinds fitted in our conservatory. We went straight back to them without hesitation.

I would definitely have this company again, I have had sunrise a few times and they are a great company we have always been extremely pleased with our purchases .

We purchased 24 large blinds in one go, for a new office building. The blinds have been in regular use now for over 4 years and they still look immaculate and brand new.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish a big shout out should go to Anne who arranges everything for you and was brilliant with date changes I needed to do. I have had blinds fitted recently throughout of varing colours and size and I have been extremely impressed. I couldn't recommend them enough to do exactly what you require professionally and to an extremely high standard.

This family run business are very friendly and customer focused. They were very helpful when my blinds from another supplier had broken, and supplied the parts I needed to fix them. Excellent customer service.

Absolutely happy with the service received from the whole team who were extremely experienced, very patient with our changes of mind and innovative in finding attractive and functional solutions for some unusual shaped windows. Communication was excellent and Danny and Dale were quick, clean and very professional on the day of fitting. We now have new blinds of many different varieties in all rooms of our home and are thrilled with the results. Many thanks. We would definitely recommend this company.

I will start on a positive note. In June 2022 The initial fitting of 16 Woodstyle Venetian Blinds throughout our home was carried out in a professional and friendly manner (mainly dealing with Tristan) and we were happy with the installation and the choice of product. However, upon closer inspection of the blinds it was noticed that there were what can only be described as pockmarks that were evident on most of the blinds that had been fitted. Despite several attempts to rectify this (March/April 2023) with some replacements we have not been able to completely eradicate the problem! In essence some blinds have been replaced, some taken apart with the cord being burnt/cut to accommodate new slats with no pockmarks! This is hardly professional or satisfactory! Sadly this has been on-going for around 15 months now and coupled with long periods (months and months) of no communication and no explanations on what was happening has left us extremely disappointed, angry and bemused by the whole affair. In summary, yes, we have now finally negotiated (by way of a phone call which came totally out of the blue) a reduction in our final bill but sadly it does not eradicate the negative aspect of the overall service. To date the company have not written to us to apologise for the appalling after service following initial supply and installation, explain the length of time it has taken to reach this point, the lack of communication and finally why attempts to rectify the pockmarked blinds with newly supplied ones proved fruitless! Poor, very poor!

Love this company they are also so friendly and helpful. Great service , lots of fabrics, beautifully made and Dale is just fantastic at fitting them taking so much time and care to make sure they hang beautifully. I have used them for 4 rooms now .

Absolute gold service
From the first telephone contact through to the fitting of the blinds the service has been exemplary. Staff are friendly. Quality of blinds and work is excellent. We have now had work done on two separate occasions and will be returning to Sunrise Blinds for any future requirements.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

They supplied blinds and curtain poles for the whole house. The fitter was brilliant, took the trouble to get everything right and tidied up before he left. Very pleased with the new blinds and would definitely recommend this company.

Last summer I ordered an awning for my south facing kitchen diner. Sadly owing to lockdown problems it got delayed as it was ordered from Germany. This really didn't detract from the efficient timings of fitting or the tidy finish plus a superb quality awing. It has come into it's own this year I've used it a lot and would fully recommend this company. I will no doubt be using them again.

We have used them repeatedly as a result and wouldn’t go anywhere else after bad experiences with more well known brands. Superb fitting service, punctual, so professional and no mess left whatsoever. Connor fitted all our blinds and curtains recently and could not have done anything better. Utterly delighted repeat customer. No hesitation in recommending unreservedly. So lovely to find a business that not just does what it says but to perfection and consistently so. Thrilled!

They didn't disappoint us.
Our kitchen blind is lovely.
Our fitter was on time, polite, smart, tidy and extremely efficient when fitting the blind.
We will certainly return to them if and when we require any more blinds.

I called a few times, had an issue with blinds not closing correct. I was told they will send someone to inspect. Never did i not recommend them poor customer service and they whan it charge for come back $ 65 dollars for something they installed wrong.

My wife and I were 100% satisfied with the blinds which Sunrise fitted to our 2 conservatories (a Victorian conservatory and a lean to). The conservatories each have 2 opening vents. Sunrise had to work around this. The ceiling blinds in the Victorian conservatory were quite tricky as the measurements of the individual sections around the front of the conservatory were slightly different and 2 had to be returned to the maker of the blinds to be marginally adjusted. The fitters worked well and cleaned up well at the end of the day. Also, they carried out 2 repairs on curtains at no extra charge. We had been quoted £50 by another company for one of them. This company had quoted about £1500 more for the new blinds and we weren't confident that this company had the same technical know how. So, all in all , an excellent job. We will recommend Subrise to our friends.
