GREAT and friendly customer service.

I love the atmosphere at Sunset Finance. The ladies there are great! Ms.Nicole is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers. I have been a customer for years but this is the best I have seen in the office thus far! Thank you Nicole and Sunset staff for all you do!

I just wanna take this time out to thank.. I mean truly thank Mrs Whitener.. she’s always treated me like my business matters.. went the extra mile to help me when I needed it.. I promise she has saved my life a million times over.. I recommend her to everyone I know..

Nikki did a great job with my taxes.she was very professional and reviewing and explaining everything with me ,on my taxes on the cost and it was a very pleasant experience. There are no surprise fees no hidden fees it was what she said it was going to be

The personal makes it very homely and will definitely work with you. Thanks to them I was able to get a loan through some rought times. So if you need a loan or taxes done come to Sunset Finance ask the staff they will help you.

My experience with "sunset finance "
Has been overall great 💯 customer service is amazing very nice people. Always there for me when I need them to be 💯💪

They don’t work with you or take notes when you tell them that you are layed off from work an you tell them when you go back an they start call everybody an they know your number it unprofessional

The staff were great and friendly. The application process needs improvement and updating; it needs to be more digital. The process of receiving funds needs to be digital as a lot of people are steering away from paper checks.

Customer service is always great and the entire staff is always ready to assist in anyway possible to give you the best experience

Have a loan but cannot find a way to pay online. This is ridiculous. I cannot find a way to create an online account to pay online. Very unprofessional
