They work with me to make my payments when it's works for my budget.

The ladies at the Covington location are absolutely incredible. Always have positive attitudes when working with us absolutely trust them with our needs. We go not only for our loans but also our taxes my special girly there is Tabitha she is awesome and makes us feel very comfortable. Great job girl's keep up the awesome work.

If you want to be badgered with phone calls and letters about "having a relationship" then this is the place for you. If you want a company to lend you money and then mail you a bill, this isn't the place for you. I never received a bill in the mail, like every other loan/billing company, but I did receive numerous letters about calling them to confirm our relationship and then a letter of intent saying they were taking me to court for not paying my bill. They never sent me a bill in the first place! How could I pay a bill when there was no statement? I had no idea what the payment was supposed to be, how much interest I'd incurred, nothing. That is completely ridiculous. Then to be called a child on the phone because I should know when my bill is due when they didn't send a bill at all?! That's ridiculous. It's 2023, almost 2024, send an email since I had to provide my email when I cashed the loan check, with the statement and a link to pay the bill. I shouldn't have to call and speak to anyone.

The workers are approachable, personable, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, genuinely kind, helpful and accommodating. Also the terms of repayment for loans are extremely fair.

They made it very easy and it was very comfortable getting this loan from you guys I would recommend you to anybody

Sunset finance assisted me when I could not find any where else to help me, I am so thankful for them and the young lady that assisted me was so kind and patient with me ( I was stressed out and couldn't find anything, and patience was gone,) she was like breathe and no rush, everything will work out. And it did

Great team very professional

Staff has great customer service. The only thing was in the past, when I missed my due date because I hadn't been paid yet, the calls were constant. I wish there was voicemail so that I could have left a message as to what was in going on because I can't use phone while at work.
But other than that I'm satisfied.

Staff always friendly

I love it! The staff is always friendly and address you by name. That lets a customer know that they are really appreciated. I would recommend everyone to apply for a loan there. Excellent interest rates.

I was pleasantly surprised with a check in my mailbox and how easy loan process was. The staff is very friendly especially Tabitha. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
