I called in to apply and was told someone would call me back. No one called. I had to call back and once I applied I was told a manager would call me back. No one called. I called the next day to just throw out the application and they said sorry you were denied we will send a letter. I’ll stick to world finance. Let me be more specific as to why i gave 2 stars. since they replied and made it appear as if my 2 stars was for my denial. I could care less if I was denied. That’s apart of applying for things. My problem is me having to call in 4-5 times not only to apply but to get the run around and finally get a response. Just for them to turn around and say hey, we reviewed your application and never bothered to call you but it’s denied and we are sending a letter. It’s ridiculous, unprofessional and a waste of time. I honestly wish I never applied after they didn’t call me back the first time. Now I’m giving them 1 star because their reply made it even worse.

I really appreciated that Sunset Finance gave me a loan when nobody else would. Everyone in the Winder office was very nice to me and helped me out with a loan even with my bad credit. I will continue to do business with Sunset and Sunset only. I want to send a big thank you to the Manager and everyone at the Sunset Finance Winder location. You girls are the best.

I was accepted for a loan just in time of need. God is the provider of my needs (Philippians 4:19).
Payment amounts are cheaper (which is a great thing). Paid off some of the loan and I could and did refinance. This Covid-19 Pandemic hit finances hard (with my job included as financial help). God just provided at a time of need and Sunset Financial was the answer to prayers. Thank you for your assistance and I will be coming back. If there were 10 stars you’d get that but the highest was 5 stars so you got that.

I only use Sunset Finance as my personal loan place. Michelle the store manager is very kind and is always helpful. I recommend them to everybody.
