Correction: I am humbled to say I was wrong. 2 hoodies I ordered were delivered last Sunday. They are of excellent quality and nicely packed. My wife loved them.

This company should work to improve the delivery prediction and updates. By the time I received the products, I was sure it was a scam and refunded money via credit card dispute. The Shop app was showing that the products had been delivered more than a month ago.

Apparently a scam. Never received an item, no updates for shipping.

I have the same issue as others have stated. I placed an order on July 1, 2024 for 3 items and have not received my order. I corresponded with someone (Sofia B.) a couple of times and they stated there was an issue with the carrier and that they would reship it within the next 7 days…that was late August. I messaged them again the last couple of weeks and now they are not responding. Unfortunate to be out of roughly $80 for the 3 items I ordered.

IF I CAN GIVE ZERO RATING THAT'S WHAT I WILL DO. SCAM SCAM SCAM, DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I MADE A PURCHASE SINCE JULY 5TH, I HAVE NOT SEEN MY ORDER OR REFUND. I SAW THEM ON INSTAGRAM. PEOPLE BEWARE I FORGOT TO CHECK REVIEW AND NOW MY MONEY IS DONE

Same thing, I ordered a romper, the shipping is untrackable, delivery times arent real and they are coming from China. Have yet to receive anything, They also havent replyed to my messages

Amongst the MANY PEOPLE BELOW ME, I was ALSO scammed. Paid for a dress and never received it. Tracking didn’t work, of course. I even emailed them and someone responded saying they would “look into it” and never responded again. Filha da puta!!!

If I could give it 0 starts I would placed and order and received confirmation after that silence no response to email no package this is just a big scam do not order from sunset rose !!!!!!

Ordered and was charged $60 for my order. No receipt, no email, no confirmation. It’s been weeks and nothing. Scammers

Absolute scam. Ordered, nothing arrived and no response from my several emails regarding a refund. Do not order from these scammers.

Ordered months ago and nothing arrived . I've been messaging for 2 months and they refuse to refund me . Absolutely disgusting. Basically stolen £55 off me .

No swimsuit received and no response from company

Order not delivered in a timely manner and no help from customer service.
More than a month since I ordered, still no sign of swimsuit and customer service refusing to cancel the order!
