Really happy with our Pergola and our two fitters (Steve & Charlie) were fantastic - friendly, speedy, super helpful and talked through everything post installation. Great service 👍

Pergola.
Ordered the pergola but did have to wait just over 3 months but when we finally received it and got it installed by Steve and Danny it was well worth the wait. Steve and Danny who installed our pergola where great guys and they where very professional in doing so. They explained how everything worked etc.

I had my pergola fitted today by Steve and Charlie.
I can’t rate their service enough. Arrived on time. 5- star and professional to say the least, not to mention efficient.

Our installers were lovely! They arrived ahead of schedule and our Pergola was up in no time at all! They checked to ensure we were fully happy with positioning etc and were friendly and polite!
We love our new pergola - it looks fabulous and is really good quality!

Firstly, I want to start on a positive and thank the installers Danny and Marius. Lovely men. However, having waited for over 4 months for the install and now having my rota pergola with 3 screens for 3 days, I wouldn't recommend this company or this pergola. Far from the roof being watertight when shut on the first time it rained 2 days after the install, everything got soaking wet. Rain came in through the blinds, which I was expecting as they're only sold as weatherproof, but rain also came through the roof which is sold and advertised as watertight. I had to cancel the evening I had planned as everything was soaked. I wish I could attach some photos to this review. So apart from the lovely installers if I could give this company and product no stars I would. Please be aware, if like me you are expecting to get what you paid for, a watertight pergola, please think again!

Danny and Marius were helpful, friendly efficient and worked diligently installing our pergola in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the end result.

Our Rota pergola was installed today , we love it already.
Thank you Marius, Dan and Rowan who installed it, fantastic job and nice guys . No mess and they went the extra mile by putting extra fixings in so it was completely flush with our wall. Very happy customers 👍

Had my pergola installed today by Steve and Charlie. Both were so polite and friendly it made a change to get such great customer service. It was installed very quickly and they were so professional throughout. I know this is going to be used daily. I was really pleased and would definitely recommend this company

Finally after several phone calls to Sunslife we have had our Rota pergola installed by Dan and Marius who were great, really nice guys, very knowledgeable about the product, efficient and cleaned up all rubbish once finished. I would of given 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the Todi lounge furniture we had ordered back in April had 2 of the seats missing which they had informed us about prior to delivery, so waiting for them to arrive and be fitted together. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars for the fitting service alone !!

Highly recommend this company. It is a great quality product and I was very well advised before buying. The indicated lead time was pretty accurate and on the day, the team of two guys who did the installation was excellent, professional and friendly. They had actually been held up on a previous job but kept me informed re progress. By the time they got to ours it was quite late but they didn’t rush the job and ensured everything was done properly. Very pleased all round.

We had our great pergola install today. It looks amazing. Better than we had ever expected.

Charlie, Kev and Marius were great, it was raining constantly during the installation but all 3 were friendly, polite and helpful and did an outstanding job despite the terrible weather. Although the product has only just been installed early impressions are that it is solid, watertight and looks really good. Would recommend.

Dan and Marius were absolutely fantastic. Quick and efficient at putting up our pergola, giving us useful advice about where to place the slats. They also adjusted the pergola to ensure it would be straight. We had just had our garden finished the day before, and they took great care around the newly laid plants and patio. They cleared everything up and left it tidy. Really impressed and extremely happy with our pergola!

Great product fitted by an excellent couple of gents. Looks really good and can’t wait to use it!

Sales was seamless and actually faultless, along with the delivery service. Due to delays in organising installation, elected to self instal. That's when the product quality is exposed. Half of the locating holes were incorrectly pre drilled and not lining up, resulting in having to bore drill to line up to fit. Product was stained by iron fillings, which really did spoil the finish especially on the white finish. Contacted sun's they explained the reason for the staining, apparently a manufacture failing that they have no control over. Re the holes not lining up, of course this isn't an issue with paid installation - so summary is, if you want an easy self install, without having to scrub off the staining don't look at Suns Lifestyle. I did contact suns before writing this review to see if they would both acknowledge the "faults and mitigate, to which they would not!

The whole process from start to finish has been fantastic. A knowledgeable sales team who were able to advise on a bespoke install and were very accommodating when our project ran over. Glen and Andy from the install team were great - they were quick, efficient and so clean and tidy. Such a well organised and professional company to deal with. As other reviews have said ' you get what you pay for' and in my opinion, its worth every penny!
