Glenn and Charlie did a fantastic job installing our pergola, they were professional, clean and tidy. They made it really easy to understand the functionality of the unit. No questions were too small or silly . Overall my experience with suns cant be faulted!! Would definitely recommend!!

After a lot of research offline and online, we decided to go ahead with Sun's Lifestyle and we made the best decision for our outdoor living area. Christian and Brent were sent to us as experienced members of staff because of a slight complication to install the pergola. I'm so glad the company were thoughtful and worked in our best interests rather than just getting the job done. Christian and Brent advised what was right and decided to come back once we had sorted the patio surface. Today they came, messaged yesterday to confirm with ETA and it was a smooth installation from start to finish. They tidied the whole area before leaving and made sure I understood how to operate the mechanism. We would whole heartedly recommend this company and these installers to anyone who is about to invest in a good quality looking pergola. Looking forward to spending lots of time in the garden with family and friends now 😊💮

Christian and Brent did a cool job installing our pergola in DEVON!!!! We needed planning permission for our pergola so the whole process was a lengthy one but Ryan and the suns lifestyle team were patient supportive and very proffesional. Bottom line our pergola looks really good. The biggest surprise was how much light comes through the pergola when the louves are open. Almost as if it's not there.

Just had our new Pergola put up ready for the spring/summer . Christian and Brent were great guys . Very informative about the product and as I was apprehensive about my porcelain tiles they did a fantastic job . I would recommend this company 100%. It’s worth visiting the showroom in Essex to see the good quality . Fingers crossed we get some sunshine .

We took advantage of a pre Christmas offer of a free patio heater and free erection of a 3mx4m pergola. On the day the pergola was to be erected(19th January) we were contacted to say that they would arrive at 1 p.m. At 1.15 p.m. the team contacted us to say that they were delayed due to problems with the work they were doing for another client and would be arriving at about 2.30 p.m. When I enquired on progress at around 3 p.m. they said that they would still be coming despite daylight receding. At 5.45 p.m. they contacted me again to say that they would deliver the pergola and arrangements would have to be made to erect it on another day. It would be easy to criticise them but problems do arise and what is important is that they are dealt with efficiently and this was speedily resolved. On Monday 23rd they arrived at around 10 and erected the pergola.
My wife was present but I was away for the day. When I later checked the fixing of the patio heater I found that there would be problems fixing it to our wall as it is faced with composite cladding. Suns Lifestyle resolved this and are providing a heater stand ( it was my responsibility to install it anyway).
I have found all the staff at Suns Lifestyle to be very helpful with no hard sell when we visited the showroom. Their communications has been excellent and I was able to get through to their staff very easily.

When we made our initial enquires Suns Lifestyle were really helpful on the phone. Once we had visited the showroom there was no hard sell. We asked if the gazebo could be here by a certain date and it was. We have since added an extra screen with no problem. We have made a suggestion and we were listened to, so nice to deal with a family run business who care.

Excellent customer service and communication. Staff is very knowledgeable, provided us with advice, recommendation and explanation. Products they offer are worth the price, we have bought our gazebo last year and we love it! Would definitely recommend this company 🙂

The support pre purchase, which ensured we purchased the ideal seating for the space we have, the communications about the delivery, the great service by the delivery guys who went out of their way to help us and the quality of product itself were all first class. So far we are delighted by the end to end experience and the product.😁

5.3 x 3.6m Rota pergola with 3 deluxe screens installed.
After a lot of planning and saving up we decided to buy a white rota pergola 3.6x5.3m with deluxe screens, installation to porcelain, wall bracket and also flashing to the building. Come installation date Christian and Brent who were the installation team kept me informed of their arrival times. On arrival they talked through what they were doing and answered all my concerns and queries, plus snags I hadn't taken into account which they quickly remedied. What a great bunch of gents they were. Very professionally installed and kept everywhere clean and tidy. Cant thank them enough, we are so chuffed. We didn't expect it to look as good and big as it did, we are so pleased with the end product and ticks everybox, you can certainly tell its quality material. 5 months later and still looks brand new with no maintenance needed. We have put a Jacuzzi under it and a comfy corner sofa set and what fantastic shelter the pergola is keeping the wintry windy wet weather out. Ive also just heard that you will soon be offering led lights and a forth screen on newer models which will be such exciting additions to look forward too. An outdoor cinema projector attachment or packages would go down well. During the cold winter months I could definitely do with some additional heating which I will be looking into, your XL Fay lamps look ideal. I’ve purchased several items from Suns lifestyle on separate occasions. Very impressed throughout my dealings with them. Great quality products, excellent people to deal with from initial sale, installation through to aftercare (which I have found to be particularly good - thanks Natasha!).
Would recommend in a heart beat if you want quality service and product.

Amendment - just over 2 years later one of the side screens has partly come away from its runner (a bit like a zip). This has a 2 year guarantee which I'm just out of. Tried a fix with the companies guidance but fault still occuring. To replace this will cost me £1000 fitted. A cost which is prohibitive seeing I use this minimally & can't afford this going again : (

I purchased a Nova pergola from a previous company and I had so many issues, from the roof arriving totally destroyed having to wait 2 months for replacement parts and the most awful customer service! I ended up asking the company to collect it after 5 failed attempts the finally collected it!

So I purchased the Alvaro Pergola from Suns Lifestyle after reading all the amazing reviews and WOW!!!
The service has been absolutely amazing.
I paid the extra to have the pergola build. The day the installers arrived was the hottest day of the year and they worked so hard and did such an amazing job I could not be happier! The quality is amazing and these are built to last!

When our pergola the Maranda deluxe louvred 3.5 x 5.4 was installed by Suns Lifestyle we noticed a slight shade difference between the two sections, we contacted the guys with photos the next day and without any quibble a replacement pergola was ordered.

A few weeks later the original pergola was dismantled and the brand new one installed.

We absolutely love it and had all four deluxe screens fitted. The pergola is well made and looks stunning, we have spent so much time outside as it really does feel like we have gained an extra room.

During the summer months it was so easy to open the louvred roof to escape the scorching heat.

Now the autumn nights have arrived we pull down the blinds put on the fire and sit outside enjoying a bottle of wine.

Our pergola is the perfect addition to our garden and for what you get the price is exceptional.

The Pagoda is great, just as expected. the installers Phil & Marc were great, left the garden clean and tidy. Delighted and would throughly recommend
