I chose the Evolve Mini due to limited space. Very easy to put together and been really please with it over the last Year. Had a minor issue with my fuse board tripping when switching on sauna. The team responded quickly conforming they can help and this is a rare issue but they offer a different power supply which will solve this. This is a fee replacement !

Excellent personable customer service. I previously had a canvas tent infrared sauna and this is a real upgrade, well worth the extra money. Sauna gets super hot, looks great and is Low EMF. Would thoroughly recommend. A real luxury but so important for health and detoxification.

I bought an Evolve 20 after doing a lot of research. I was fitting the sauna in a confined space.
The customer service I received was simply the best, a rapid and hands on response to my questions from the people who were clearly running the business.
Assembly wasn’t simple but neither was it difficult, most of the difficulties stemmed from being in a small space not the fault of Sun Stream.
The sauna itself ( now up and running) is very very good. Solid, functional and smart. A number of nice touches included too which I really liked.

I took quite some time deciding which sauna to buy and did a huge amount of research beforehand. Finding a reputable company that offered great support was really important to me. Once I finally made my decision, I called Sun Stream and spoke directly with Russell, who was incredibly helpful and answered all my remaining questions clearly and promptly. I placed my order that same day, 15 September, and my Evolve 30 arrived just a week later, on 22 September.

Any questions I had about assembly were quickly answered, which made the setup process easy and stress-free. My mum used the sauna the very next day and was absolutely delighted with it. I used it myself yesterday and couldn’t be happier — it’s a fantastic product that lives up to all expectations.

Top knotch sauna from a friendly, helpful company.
The sauna is even better than I could have imagined. It looks fabulous and smells even better. My house is not huge so I got the smallest footprint which is under a square meter and it fits in the front room of my Victorian terraced house and actually looks really good! I wasn't expecting that. The company was on hand when I had a couple of queries about how to assemble it but I essentially did that with some help from one other female and we had it all assembled within the hour between the two of us.
If you are unsure which sauna to buy, get one from this company. You will not regret it....and no, they are not paying me 😃

We had no doubts about SunStream Evolve 20 IR sauna quality and parameters. This is why we chose it over other producers. Sweating in a new SunStream sauna meet our expectations completelly.

I am thoroughly enjoying the Evolve 10 sauna. It has truly been an amazing experience, and I am super satisfied with its performance and quality.

From the first contact with Sunstream through to delivery, I can't fault the whole process. Friendly, knowledgeable owner who focussed on our requirements and what their product could deliver. Unboxed it this afternoon, set it up in an hour and once I'd followed their post-installation setup, enjoyed my first sauna at home. A very well built, quality sauna which delivered a deep sweat and I just know that incorporating the IR sauna into my family's health and wellbeing routine is going to pay dividends. Highly recommend Sunstream above other companies who charge nearly twice the price.

Although awaiting stock when I placed the order, they took a fully refundable holding deposit, which was reassuring. Communication was spot on throughout, with clear and concise imfo and options. The delivery company, so out of SunStream's control, didn't communicate their delivery time very well, which I fed back to the SS team for follow up. Great product, very much enjoying the sauna.

Dealing with SunStream was very easy and the staff were helpful in answering all our questions. They kept us well informed about delivery schedules and even worked it around dates were were away. On arrival the Sauna was well packaged (although it would be nicer if an eco friendly packaging material could be used rather then lots of polystyrene) and it was easy to assemble refering to the videos and instructions. It took the two of us just over an hour to assemble and clean it ready for first use. The sauna is a pleasure to use and heats up quickly, and is now a daily ritual! Yes its small, but thats the point! It fits into our space perfectly and is really neat. The extras included are a nice touch, such as the backrest and the aromatherapy kit (a few drops of essential oil adds a lot to the sauna experience) The bluetooth speakers are good and connecting to a meditation playlist or podcast makes the time in the sauna even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend both the Evolve Mini Sauna and Sunstream for service, product and delivery.

Delivery time good. Very good comunication with the company. Very easy to put together, only needed a little help from the wife.

Firstly our Evolve20 was delivered well packaged and promptly. We were impressed with the quality of the sauna and the detailed instructions made it easier for us to build it.
The sauna is stylish both inside and out and being able to Bluetooth music into it and change the lighting to fit your mood are the finishing touches. Absolutely loving this product and would highly recommend.

Exemplary customer service even though I was a bit of an awkward customer. Even spoke with the company owner. Sunstream's shopping experience was flawless from advice to delivery.

We have just started using the Evolve 20 sauna at our wellness clinic in Belfast and we love it so far! The sauna is stylish and looks great when the coloured lights are on. Also the sound quality through the speakers is very nice. Unfortunately we had some setbacks with the delivery company and the initial shipment was damaged. Both David and Russell pulled out the stops to ensure a speedy replacement. I was impressed with their genuine level of customer care in the situation. I would certainly recommend these guys and the sauna.
