Went up to get a glass unit as vandals smashed it iam not a glazer i took old pice of glass to show them and gave them the size I wanted quoted 63 pounds witch i thought was fair it would take 14 days i chased up on 25nd June and they said I will get a phone call didn't happen so I phoned up on 27 June and they said I will drop it down witch they did got it out thr van and told me it's the wrong thickness unit and said his boss would ring me didn't happen out come i would have to pay again as I stated I gave them the whole bottom bar with glass attached got no paper work said I would get it when I get glass ripped me off now have to get it done else where will never go there again

Not sure about the quality of the windows, but my neighbours had windows and doors fitted and the installers left rubbish by the side of their van and then drive off.

We had some lovely looking bifold doors installed 2 years ago after lock down from this company. Sadly they have continued to grow and so will not close. I have contacted our local supplier twice as this has led to 2 broken handles. I requested help and adjustments but builder says its suntrades responsibility. I have asked for assistance with the inadequate packing of the doors from suntrade and am happy to pay just to get it done, but am told they don't have anyone or know anyone. Its not their responsibility apparently and yet they were happy to sell their products to a builder who did not know how to fit or adjust their doors and they did not train him. The quality is generally poor sadly and because there is total lack of customer support i can not recommend them. I wish we had known this before the builder bought from them as we are somewhat stuck!

I dealt with the Fareham depot, Had a big project and had the best service from quoting to ordering and being delivered on time, the depot manager Richard and his staff Jack and Paul the delivery driver who was so helpful, will recommend this company and will be using them again.

Absolutely disgusting firm I bought loads of windows and doors of this company and over time had two staff called phile and Martin and area manger called Richard both staff got sacked for nicking cash from jobs people bought in as I experienced this both Martin and phile giveing out fake recipes for cash jobs both taking lump sums out of the cash behind closed doors and area manger Richard can’t remember his second name the called me and said he would have balifs riund my house if I didn’t pay up the rest of money I owed which had already been paid in cash and had the receipts even tho I showed the receipt they still said I never paid so I had to pay more money as was being. Told I would have balifs at my door when I said I can prove I’ve payed all I got was valid story Richard was definitely involved in the cash missing as I was told by one of staff that was sacked I would stay very clear if this firm as there cons crayford branch absolutely disgusting firm and b4 i forget phile told me maritin and phile was being taken to court over the allegations but Richard the area manager got away with it hit this was back about 4 years ago look em up your find out for your self scum company

Worst company ever. Use anyone else.
Door fitted 2019. Was defective from day 1 . Has had to be adjusted multiple times cos I couldn't lock it. Glass panel not properly fitted, was repaired and now tons of sealant flaking off. It looks terrible. Now door is splitting at corner and their inspector denied the evidence in front of his eyes. A bit of sealant will fix it. No I say! At this rate the door will be all sealant.

Fantastic company . Things are delayed sometimes but that’s due to them being so busy cause they are good at what they do . Any problems with glass or frames is quickly rectified . Dale and Craig In the Plymouth branch are a credit to the company

This company has been hopeless and wish I'd never used them. Door is significantly delayed.... 4 weeks past expected delivery date and no answers as to when it will be coming. Just get the run around from them all the time.
