Inconsistent Product Labeling and Poor Customer Service

As a vegan, I ensure daily protein with Sunwarrior powders. Usually consume Warrior Blend chocolate, but just recently added unflavored Collagen Peptides to my routine. Since I started using the latter (within last 2 months) I have purchased 2 times, both from the same local store within 2 weeks of each other. Both have differing nutritional labels, different ingredients, missing information and/or inconsistent dosing. There is no amino acid profile on the label, which is the building block of collagen! One states 2 scoops (33g) and the other 1 scoop (33g). Who let that pass to production? When I called I was treated condescendingly by a female with a robotic firing of questions, that didn’t listen, dismissing my concerns. She questioned where I purchased it stating that it could be from an unauthorized seller. When she confirmed it was an authorized seller, she still dismissed any possibility that they mislabeled the products. I gave lot numbers (both were made within 6 months of each other), She said she would get back to me within a half hour after doing her own research, yet never returned my call. I also called a week ago looking for the heavy metal testing for the Warrior Blend and no one returned my call. Seems like no one cares. I now question the quality and safety of their products and the lack of attention to product detail before it lands on the store shelves. Very disappointed.

Simple questions unanswered

None of the addresses I put in the system would take. The customer service lacks the ability to help with that. And useless when asking simple questions. All I needed was:

Why my address wasn’t available to be shipped to? The company is in the US and so am I.

The discount code I was given after signing up for the email sub and text sub wasn’t taking. How can we fix this? They told me I need to choose between my reward points and the discount code
 I have not even purchase anything therefore what points do I have? I just wanted to purchase protein powder, but this is becoming a headache.

The Que said I’d be helped in 15 minutes
.more like sporadically within 24 hours. Let’s be real. I thought I would’ve been simply helped for a 10 minute manner and it’s taking forever. I ended up giving up. I’m going with a different brand. Customer service is lacking.

Bad experience

I ordered one big pack of classic protein but I received two small ones, if I would like to have two small packs I would ordered two small not big one!!!!!!

DELICIOUS !! 


We switched to SUNWARRIOR "plant protein powder"about a year or more ago...WHY? Their chocolate and vanilla powder are delicious and are a mix of pea,hemp and Goji berry.But, it is more than that.They are USDA certified Organic,zero added sugars and contain the healthy MCT oil..NO SEED OILS...

Dismal Customer Service

The conversation with the customer service representative left me feeling unvalued and dismissed. My aim was to share how key pages on their site was confusing and misleading. However, I was continuously interrupted so she could not hear my message. Her tone was argumentative and almost mean, as if I was in the wrong. Overall an extremely unpleasant experience and unfortunate for a company which seems to make a good protein product.
