Whilst we were delighted to read that you enjoyed the destinations covered and the food served in the speciality restaurants it was disappointed to learn that you were not happy with the cuisine in main dining restaurant or the entertainment provided. I was sorry to read that due to adverse weather conditions one of your stops on the Cruise had to be missed, unfortunately, sometimes these decisions have to be made in the best interest of the health and safety of all passengers and crew on board. Having said that i was pleased to learn that despite this you enjoyed your cruise and thank you for letting us know
