Staff very friendly and helpful,place was very clean , room service very good,it was my birthday while I was there and room Service arrived with a bottle of champagne and a birthday card..would definitely stay there again...

Very good facilaities and staff.
We had a great time and everyone was fantastic We thank everyone in parque tropical
Unfortunately the acommodation was a battle with the ants 🐜 woke up from 3.30am with 🐜 all over us and the bed I had thrown out all the sheets with 🐜 in them ant spray in the room spent aleast 3 hours sapping them all the way to day light eventually got a change of room .pool area quite good but people sitting with there legs in the water smoking and drinking glasses around the pool area not safe with children or anyone walking around, was not much of a holiday so was glad to get home was on holiday with our daughter husband and granson reason why we were there for memories.

At the outset may i say how disappointed i was to read your review and the circumstances that presented at the Parque Tropical Apartments.
I appreciate that the presence of ants in your apartment would have been most disconcerting. You will know that these creatures are more prevalent in warmer European countries and whilst it is understandable the dismay that their presence would cause I would like to stress that the presence of such insects is in no way attributed to the poor hygiene of the accommodation. I am confident that our Overseas Partners are very experienced in dealing with these matters and they fumigate their establishments regularly. Unfortunately, it would appear that this process failed in your particular accommodation and you were subsequently moved to another apartment. Your comments concerning the behaviour of your fellow guests has been noted, however, you will appreciate that it is difficult to constantly monitor all behaviours and sometimes fellow holiday guests can be less considerate of others who are trying to relax and enjoy their holiday.
I am sorry that not all aspects of your holiday met with your satisfaction and Sunway would welcome the opportunity of attending to your travel needs in the future when we are fully confident of restoring your faith in our organisaton.
