Tutto perfetto. Prezzi competitivi e spedizione rapidissima. Da considerare che ho ordinato sotto il periodo Natalizio e ciò nonostante hanno spedito e fatto arrivare la consegna entro Natale, avendo ordinato appena pochi giorni prima di Natale (ordine fatto il 20 dicembre ed era sabato, ricevuto il 24). Eccezionali!

Very poor when it comes to sending products to the UK. They use a poor courier service, Skynet Italy. It’s been a nightmare trying to get my item. Their courier phoned my house during the day expecting me to be home. Unlike UK couriers that leave a card or try to contact you via mobile, text or email, Skynet lives in the yesterday’s world of landline calls only. Then surprisingly they emailed me asking for me to confirmed my email address and for me to fill out a release of delivery. I gave them my mobile etc and still no further contact or attempt to deliver or communicate with me item. No call and Sunostore is blaming me for not being at home (“you gave the wrong number.” I found this strange that the company can say the number is wrong because I didn’t answer the phone. Then I should get “she” to release the goods for delivery. She is my dementia mother-in-law. She is wise not to be fooled by callers she does not know trying to get packages delivered to her and I presume pay custom. This continues even after I wrote both Sunostore and Skynet. It’s a nightmare as the item for our Christmas store that I paid £90 delivery is still stuck with the courier that refuses to follow instructions. SuonoStore refuses to refund the costs and I am still waiting. Be very careful on using them.
