In terms of warranty, our policy — like many in this category — covers the case itself rather than the device. That said, when concerns come up, we still do our best to offer support options such as replacement or refund where possible.

Our cases are designed to meet military-grade drop protection standards and are tested accordingly. At the same time, real-world drops can vary quite a bit depending on factors like surface, angle, and impact, which can affect outcomes.
