I regret using this service. Orders were not handled properly and communication was extremely poor. It felt like once they received payment, they didn’t really care. Not recommended at all.
There were constant problems with orders and delivery times. I had to deal with unhappy customers because of their mistakes. Support team was not helpful at all. Very stressful experience.

**Review of SupDropshining: The Worst I've Seen in a Long Time**
I can't believe how disappointed I am with SupDropshining. The quality of their products is absolutely **terrible**. The materials feel so cheap, it’s like they’re made out of recycled plastic from a landfill. The t-shirts, for example, are rough, uncomfortable, and look like they’re falling apart just by looking at them.
But the worst part is the **printing quality**. It’s horrendous! The designs are blurry, faded, and look like they were printed with a low-quality printer. It’s as if the design got messed up during the printing process. And don’t get me started on the **sizes**: they’re completely off. I ordered a size that corresponds to their size chart, and what I got was something that looked like a circus tent, and not only one item. You basically have to gamble if it’ll fit.
Customer service is a joke—**practically nonexistent**. I tried contacting them multiple times about issues with my order, and the only response I got was an automated message that didn’t help at all. It’s clear they have zero interest in resolving problems.Once you contact someone, they tell you that it's your problem and they don't take care of it, it's all boring.
In short, SupDropshining is **the worst** I’ve seen in a long time. Terrible materials, awful print quality, wrong sizes, and nonexistent customer service. If you’re thinking about buying from them, **don’t even bother**. There are a thousand better options out there. **I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!**

Great platform, worst customer support ever
The platform itself is great...
Loaded with products with very competitive prices...
And very good services especially sourcing and searching products by pictures...
But customer service is the worst I've ever experienced...
Unbelievably slow...
You get an assigned personal agent who doesnt answer your messages...
I am sending messages for 3 days now with questions and i see that the messages are seen on whatsapp with no reply!!!
Most of the time you get automatic replies on their platform and they tell you human assistance will come back within 24 hours and you discover that they came online while you were away leaving you meaningless messages on the platform even they have your whatsapp number!!!
I have many products pending revision and appeoval for 3 days now without even knowing when they will be approved to list them to my store!!!
This crazy delay is killing me and im leaving them because of the bad customer service...
CJdropshipping maybe less in product diversity and options but they have instant 24/7 human customer support which means a lot in our business...
Im feeling bad to leave such a great application but the customer service experience is a killer.
Parcel not delivered
At the beginning about 4 to 5 orders everything went well with quite a delay in delivery. Then after about 2 orders of about 75 dollars not delivered after 32 days. No follow-up, no reaction, no refund. So painful
Customer Support and Product Assistance
The app glitches when trying to source or upload photos and doesn’t submit and you have to keep re-entering it.
The agents are to you when you subscribe/ sign up are very lackadaisical, does not respond in a timely manner, and give short response with questions still unanswered.
Customer support isn’t 24/7. Needs app and customer assistance improvement.
I would not recommend them. They seem legit but I still haven’t heard back from customer support about my assigned agent who still hasn’t responded from over a week ago on my inquiries and not getting the help I need for my products.
Definitely not the service they proclaims and advertise. Hope this review helps.

Very unprofessional support Tina. Slow response, not able to answer questions, replied rudely with bad words. Totally disappointed. Upon registration, received an email to confirm the email address, but the URL to click is broken... how can I trust such a company?
