The website is not a scam, if you buy an sfa, then when you change the password, the owner of the account gets an email, so if you can't login and you changed your password, that is why. I paid for an optifine NFA, and the cape had been moved everytime I logged on, but after 3 accounts I got it. So if one of your accounts doesn't work, contact support, (Support can take a while though).

Fake a*s site. After purchase I received 3 accounts in which 1 wasn't working at all. The other 2 worked but after few minutes later the original owner of the account changed the password and took the accounts from my possession. Don't buy anything from here.

The website is a scam, bought 3 accounts with semi-full access i played on 1 of them for a while and suddenly i couldnt log onto the account no more. dont use your money on this site, they will scam you

Honestly, when you come to the quality of the alts on this website which they sold, they are scam. Scam, stolen accounts, superalts.com is trash website. I dont recommend you to buy poor quality alts from this website.

Amazing service, using it a lot and works every time.

Bought a account from them, It was a hypixel NFA. The account was banned from the server. The first replacement was a jiffy, so was the second, but the third wont didnt go out as planned. The support was apsalutely unacceptable, and it took me over 2 days to get a replacement for my banned account that I purchased. This was the worst type of experience ever.

Scam company. Account didn't come as advertised.

Gave me an account that didn't work, then gave me a replacement that didn't work. After that, they didn't give a replacement.

Kapot slecht had een hypixel ranked account gekocht 1 dag later kon ik niet meer inloggen en ze reageren niet eens via de livechat lezen het wel maar doen niks oplichters wil men geld teurg!

Niet aanbevolen, verkopen alt accounts voor goedkoop..

Heb hier een OptiFine cape aangeschaft, en 2 dagen later was hij weg, de oorspronkelijke eigenaar had de cape teruggenomen en ze doen niet aan geld terug geven, hoewel in de Terms of Service staat dat ze wel doen aan replacements, in geval van rare zaken.

In dit geval was ik blijkbaar niet aansprakelijk voor replacement.
