Be careful with this sight you may win but you cannot withdraw out their emails don't work they are scammers and when you do get to message in app to someone it is a copy and paste answers it is a load of crap this 7 to 21 days and as soon as you've done 10 working days they put it back into your casino account you take it out to withdraw again you still have to wait start over again they are making you feel are being scammers

Been trying to get in touch with someone who works there as i put money on to play then my password stop working been trying for 5 days now no help at all they keep sending me new password but they don't work they just close my chat down when I ask for help cant find a telephone number so I could ring them the site needs closing down

I've been trying to close my account there for half a year and I can't, I don't know how to do it anymore

No-one answers emails to customer support despite multiple requests.

Still using my data which they obtained from somewhere. I suspect this is a scam for at best a shambolic attempt to cash in on the online gaming market.

Guys I had the same thing what most people here… Don’t withdraw via visa debit just bank transfer, I won 2k I withdraw and after of waiting 2 weeks the money came back to my balance and I was trying few times so many weeks can’t even remember I got pissed off and I played it off… that what they wanted me to do :/

They do not pay out. They do not respond to emails. Please please use another site, other non gamstop sites like mystake and freshbet actually do pay out and do answer emails, do not use superb, goldenlion, or any of these sister sites as you are basically just throwing your money down the drain

Total scam of a company . Never pay out winnings . But will take your money . Do not give these scammers your money !!!

Just withdrew £90 and it worked they withdrew fairly quick(within one day). Trying a bigger amount to see what happens, fingers crossed

The bigger withdrawal has went back to “awaiting” which is what it did when I was waiting over three months, review is back to a one star as I’m predicting they won’t send it. But will give it 5 star if they do.

Update: as predicted same excuses as last time, still not received. Luckily I know their business is struggling which is a relief.

Update: they now have removed any sport betting option and is now purely a casino, they have removed all my betting history from my account as well. Luckily I screenshotted them all a while ago as proof. Hopefully the government will step in remove the “not on gamstop sites”.

I won £3000 pounds withdraw it on the 14th August then today was back in my gaming account not getting anywhere with the support team my emails are not getting through. Im so upset as i need thus money

Not even worth the 1 star. I have now been waiting 4 months for a £400 withdrawal. Each one bouncing back into my account after the 21 days. Live chat is useless and very unprofessional.

They have paid out once on my very first withdrawal but obviously that is just to lead you into a false sense of security.

I have emailed multiple times but have never received a reply. I can only assume the reason for this is the high volume of customers trying to get their money.

I have now reported this and I see others have too, I urge others in the same situation as me to do the same. This excuse of a company needs to be shut down as it is clearly illegal.

This is the worst site ever avoid at all costs.will pay out first time on a win then if you win again they fob you off with a 7_21 working days .please avoid .reversed my win of £100 because I was fed up waiting played it in half an hour and never got a penny back .totally disgusted with their attitude live chat just cut you off if they can't be bothered answering your question ❓ or if they don't know the answer.waste of time can't stress enough to avoid be wise read all the reviews play somewhere else.

Awful customer service.

I was speaking to an online customer service agent name Stark about an unsettled bet which meant to be settled long ago. I asked him a reason for the delay and he came back to me with an answer "read the information". When I replied him read what information then he started making some worthless funny comments like "do you require coffee with the information". Absolutely no manners and awful customer service.

How this kind of sites get the approval to operate their businesses in UK ?

Most of the SCAM sites give you at least one withdrawal, but this one would give you NOTHING!
First chat they will told you about 7-21 working days.
Then about the big volume of checking at the financial department and etc.
My withdrawal is pending about 2 months, I have verified account and my bets - big markets on NBA with constant amount of 100 euro. But financial department treat me like suspicious player.

Please don't repeat my mistake and waste your time and money with this site!

please do not use this site!!...ive attempted a withdrawel of 500 pound 3 times, waited over 2 weeks each time just for it to go back on balance with absolutely no reason as to why...no help from chat support just the same old messages of be patient!!..sent numerous emails with no response!!...will I ever get my money, who knows!!??...absolutely disgusting behaviour from this site
