Fast and in perfect condition

The purchases I made and the service excellence. Had expected a much later delivery date but instead I got my purchases a day earlier.

You're selling fresh and knew goods. But some items you show us a little and remove them very fast.

Service is always on point. I get updates on my order which gives me a relief because I always know where my order is.

I logged in a return for exchange, they collected and about a day later I received a notification that my exchange order was ready for delivery on 31/7. Next thing I know I received another notification that my refund had been processed. No one bothered to inform me or at the least explain why I was now all of a sudden being refunded. That was a bit disappointing 😒
