A refund SUPERBALIST need to approve


A refund SUPERBALIST need to approve from PayJustNow that I've explained numerous times this this week an I don't have any feedback. Superbalist is usually on top of things but with 3 of my orders the last month I'm really disappointed and frustrated due to the fact that it takes so long for a problem to get attended to. Please resolve refund from PayJustNow for order no.#33176414 as it was paid for by Payflex and secondly by PayJustNow as I had trouble paying with PayJustNow at first and so I decided to pay with Payflex. All proof was sent through provided by PayJustNow, they need SUPERBALIST permission to do the refund. Please can this be resolved???

I've been a loyal and happy customer for years but this last month was really a let down.

I’m honestly appalled

I’m honestly appalled. Not only did the initial agent spell my name incorrectly but the turn around time was extremely poor. I did not ask for a voucher. I wanted the issue resolved before anything could have been sent back to me which completely inconvenienced myself. If there was some sort of communication to this, all this would have been handled better, smoothly, and service would have been delivered. Also to then thereafter get back to me a week later is ridiculous. Service really needs to be worked on better!
