Nice easy collection done by Steve walker really smooth process and really nice guy and thank you to Dave and Andy at back office

There were some initial delays to my delivery cause by a 3rd party contractor moving my bike from Crawley to Nottingham, but Anna Dennis stepped in and personally resolved it to a great standard of customer service.

Steve Walker then delivered my bike today.
The bike is everything I had hoped and Steve was professional, warm and friendly. He’s an obvious motorcycle enthusiast and it was great to talk bikes!

I felt I was quite poorly handled during the PX process for my enquiry.

There was reluctance to engage over the phone, and I was repeatedly asked to provide more and more information. After supplying three sets of photographs, I then received no response at all to my follow-up email.

Overall, it felt like a significant amount of my time was wasted, particularly as I was ready to progress the purchase and could have easily bought elsewhere.

Disappointing experience. Had an offer of £1000 for a 2014 MV Agusta 800 Brutale with 8500 Miles. Chepest on BIKE Trader in the UK was £5000 atthetime ofthe offer

Was pretty straightforward to deal with, even though a reschedule took place on account of some technical problems. The price offered was fair (you will never get the same as waiting for a private sale, but that is the cost of convenience). A small bit of haggling took place in the final moments, which could be argued was a bit naughty as none of the issues raised were undeclared, but I sort of expected it, and the price I got was fair.
The collection guy, Andrew H was decent and helpful, a biker himself, so that was also good.

Bought a Honda CB1100 from the Bristol showroom unseen other than the photos and video on their site. The bike was delivered and was even better than I expected. Kenzie was the salesperson she did a fantastic job so helpful and has great communication skills. I would definitely use this company in the future.

It was nice experience, Travis communicated all the details, informed time of arrival, payment method, it was smooth and trusted transition.

Great experience. Friendly lad turned up on time and checked over the bike with no haggling on price. Hassle free with great customer service.

Sold my bike today, received the full offer price. Transaction handled by Goldie from Macclesfield branch, excellent service from a top guy. Would happily recommend them and use again if necessary. Cheers.

I purchased a 2024 CBR600RR from sales rep Thomas Kemp and paid for the bike in full. I was told at the time of purchasing that it is in for a random spot check recall and would take anywhere from 3 days to 30 days to receive this back. I emailed Thomas a week later for an update but he never responded, I followed up with a chaser email but again got no response. I then called and spoke to a sales rep who advised he would ask Thomas to call me, no response again. A few days later I spoke to a very helpful man called Cameron who explained that the bike never left for recall and would likely be at least 8 weeks before they can book it in. I explained that I would like the bike now and would sign off on me booking the recall myself. The bike has now been delivered but still no word from the sales rep Thomas. I have now found out that this was not a random recall and was in fact a purposeful recall for excessive oil consumption and may require multiple trips to the dealer to resolve, none of this was explained and the sheer lack of care and communication from the rep has made this a terrible experience. I would not use SuperBike Factory again and recommend extreme caution with believing what their sales staff say to earn a quick sale.

Good, realistic and competitive offer for my bike. Great communication via email, messages and over the phone. Driver/engineer was brilliant all through the collection process.

Simple process to sell my bike. Reasonable offer, no haggling, simple handover and the money paid immediately (albeit at an unnecessary extra cost!). Would do so again if I wanted a quick sale.

Steve Walker a local to the area made me feel very relaxed and gave the bike a good looking over. Top bloke as are Steve and Andy sorting everything in the background. Superbike Factory is a must if you are selling your bike and indeed buying one.

I had new bike deliverd today by john ktm 1290 arranged by dave the transport team arranged it no problems at all made me first been a good day john top guy made the handover a breeze very nice bloke thankyou guys again

Very disappointed after agreeing to a sale of my bike. The reaction from Superbike seems to resemble a scam and an untrustworthy company.
On the day of pick up I had a call from the guy tasked with coming over to collect the bike to say they could not offer the pay same day as pick up and said they would send the money over 4 days later. Who would ever hand over their bike and V5 on the promise that payment would be made ???. They claimed it was a banking issue but having never heard from them again, it looks more like a scam operation. I am concerned as I have shared my bank account details with them in good faith but now keeping an eye on any activity.
Be wary and never hand over your bike or sign away the V5 unless you have the cash in your bank.

Staff were friendly and personable, no heavy sale, listened to your wants and gave you their thoughts based on that.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again, great experience all round.

Having purchased my 4th bike from superbike factory , I can not complain this time was from Bradford branch and Kris was superb through out , if I decide to get another bike in a few years time I trust them so will go back
