God awful company. I have had two bikes with them, the first one was extremely delayed but I got it and had no issues.

However my second bike has been an utter headache. When it came to delivery I was only informed on the day, thats helpful isnt it.

This bike also developed a mechanical issue and as its under warranty I sent it back to them being fixed and this is where the company has proven they are not worth going with.

Two weeks of waiting after submitting a ticket and hearing nothing back, they finally got back to be to collect it. Ive now been waiting two weeks, have heard nothing back and when ive tried to enquire ive been met with 0 help or support just simply, they will call you back ASAP yet havent for a week and a half.

Happy with this Bike dealership, I literally decided to buy a new bike at 3 pm last Saturday and It was ready within a few days. Had it delivered the following Saturday at 07:30 am no hassle no issues and it arrived in perfect condition. Would defiantly recommend.

From starting the buying process to picking the bike up the service was superb.
The bike was immaculate when I collected it and the staff were superb. Ran through everything on the bike, paperwork sorted and off I went! Did look a bit stupid when I couldn't get my leg over the bike to get on it. I blame it on old age... Highly recommend superbike factory. Amazing service

Pre-arranged viewing and no one was expecting us, they couldn’t even find the bike. It eventually turned up outside in the rain, and we were handed a cloth to dry it ourselves.
I paid a deposit and was told it would take up to 21 days for a full service and valet. Collected it 19 days later and it was still dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly serviced.
When I raised concerns, the manager was dismissive, very much a “we’ve got your money” attitude.
Really poor experience from start to finish. Would not recommend.

I placed an enquiry on a bike here and within moments i had contacted by a member of the sales team who helped me every step of the way, he spoke to me like I was a fellow biker and not just a customer. he managed to convince me from what was just a small thought of maybe getting the bike to then knowing for sure I wanted it. After this i called up the south call number and was greeted by kirsty. kirsty spoke through the whole process of how each step will work and offered alternative options for myself, I mentioned i prefer to do things in person for bike sales and within moments she was on google maps locating not just which store was closest to me but how willing i was tp travel to these locations. I had aranged to meet with her in store to set up vehichle finance when my bike started to have indicator malfunctions so I had to postpone. kirsty knew this not because I had told her last minute after not showing up but because she was being attentive enough that i messaged shortly after the incident. this wasnt just kirsty checking up on her plans for the day as she made sure to wish me luck in my repairs and found relatability in a biker missing out on the lovely weather. Kirsty and the Man i innitially spoke to have made this journey of bike purchase feel as if I was really in the dealership Despite my not and I appreciate every second of it. I plan to continue using superbike Factory and I plan to make sure kirsty is who i talk to.

Jonathan was great when dealing with my enquiry. PX’d a street tripple for a gsxr and done a fair deal with PX value. New bike is mint and excited for this season. Jon also made sure the bike was turned around in good time and had it ready for the weekend. Paul also helped in getting the deal over the line.

As a returning customer to superbikefactory I have been happy with my experience and today made my third motorcycle purchase from the company, I appreciate the changes that have been made and Hayden dealt with everything in a concise, helpful and relaxed manner, a credit to the company..

Superb service the part ex deal was seamless delivery was swift with excellent comms my new Triumph Speed Twin is beautiful and like new in fact if you take the number plate off I would think it was new!

Deposit paid, delivery arranged for Sunday 28th June (today being 18th June) Really impressed with Ben (Hotwheels!lol) the guy did everything he could to help the transaction go through, with a couple of favours from his manager. Happy so far and will update once I receive the bike next week from their Donnington branch. Only 9000miles on the clock so should be mint. Great service so far, Thankyou Ben and his manager

Great customer service from start to finish,Chris the Salesman was extremely helpful and kept me up to date with messages. The bike was thoroughly checked over by a technician and any issues he raised were fully completed along with a full mot. I chose to have my bike delivered and Harry was brilliant messaged an hour before his arrival to let me know delivery time and went through everything on the bike to make sure I was happy before it was signed over.

I'm happy with the bike, however I was disappointed with the communication and having to wait on hold for an hour and a half at times before the phone was picked up and cut off. The condition of the bike on delivery was also not great, dirty and looked like it had been ridden in a downpour. Thank you to Nick the delivery driver who was helpful and prompt with timing.

Went to pick up my new bike today and a kind gent helped me names Jack. Very good service will recommend.

Disgusting emailed on day of delivery taking day off twice for delivery a delay again. Finance payed out interest growing and no comms.
Disgraceful treatment of customer

Just a quick thank you to Blanka, she was wonderfully helpful yesterday, she managed to get me a great deal on my next bike.
The most important part was Blanka phoned back when she said she would. You have a good one here superbike factory.

Worst experience ive ever had buying a bike. Bought a broken bike. They said they would fix it, they took it from me and 6 weeks later it was clear they never planned on fixing it, just wait me out so i got annoyed and rerurned. Communication once you buy from them is terrible, all good on the sale then it goes dark. Ive had to rent another mode of transport for over 6 weeks with no offer of anything. They sell faulty bikes.

Edit: i am currently in a claim with Superbike. They sold me a faulty bike, (pertrol leaking feom the engine) i asked foe a refund, they said no. They are going to fix it, they had the bike a further 31 days after me asking for a refund, they finally came back and said they could not fix it. While i was having to pay transportation, insurance, tax, etc thinking they were going to fix it, alas they dis not fix it. They have paid me 80% of my deposit and are fighting the rest. A claim is in motion. Just for anyone that thinks this reply has had any good news to me.

Bad - Looks like AI are responding to the poor complaints ! Sales people promise but do not deliver , you could be lucky if you get a good bike however to many poor reviews on here to purchase a bike . Buy a cheap bike touch them up for a quick profit .

Hayden was very professional and very helpful and friendly.

Andrew who delivered my bike was thoughtful enough to keep me updated on timeframes for delivery and quick start information on arrival, Maisie was quick to answer all my questions as well as talk me through the bike that was purchased, amazing support so far 👍

Reece from Bristol depot was absolutely incredible from start to finish always available to talk to me and was professional and polite throughout the whole experience, delivery driver was very knowledgeable and of great assistance! Thank you all.
