Jonathan at Milton Keynes was super friendly and made my purchase of a new bike easy and efficient. Top guy. Can’t recommend enough.

Be Wary :Got a quote from these guys for my 2021 Triumph Bonneville T100 which i was happy with.
Tried to book appointment online to arrange inspection(within the 7 day guarantee quote period.)
Could not book a slot online and they messaged to say the request would go to the transport team who would contact me.
Called me later and offered me £600 pounds less than the online quote without even seeing the bike.(which is in showroom condition.)Their reason was market conditions had changed and demand had changed.
suffice to say they will not be getting the bike...

Honestly great service from Superbike factory when selling my KTM. Everything was easy & great customer service from all departments.
Even when collecting & doing checks etc the service I received was excellent.
Cannot recommend enough.

Called about a non bike purchase related enquiry and spoke to makenzie Farrah in sales. Despite it being 10 mins to closing and the enquiry not being sales related, she helped me sort out my issues and even stayed on the line right up to closing time. Its customer service like this that we need more of. Thanks for helping me, even though I wasnt buying anything at the time.

Sold easily great staff and was contacted by driver to give an eta friendly and very pleasant opted for Sam day transfer and money went in straight away

I purchased a GSX R 750 L4 from them. The bike has had a clutch slip/2nd gear issue since I bought it from them. I've sent multiple emails over whats been around 2 years now, I've only ridden the bike around 10 times in that time as it's not safe to use. I took out the extended warranty policy when I purchased the bike. I've tried to contact to find out how to get it sorted but no responses at all. I bought the bike for a substantial amount an had anyone had tested it before selling, they would have known the issue with the gearbox instantly. Thought it best to leave a review to maybe stop someone else getting ripped off

They gave the highest offer on my bike, there was no haggling on the day it was picked up and I had cleared funds in my account before the bike left my garage. John who picked it up was a top bloke who called in advance, arrived on time and it was a simple positive experience from start to finish.

Jack and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful. They delivered a great service and excellent customer service

Absolutely shocking !!
My son purchased a Yamaha YZF-R1 from Crawley branch on 30th March 2026, (124929) returned within 14day window. He paid a large deposit to reduce finance payments.
Superbike Factory Crawley have ignored emails and do not answer their phones!
Returned a faulty bike within the 14 days, they took bike back, promised a refund in a couple of weeks but no refund yet and been over eight weeks. Very poor service !

Collection driver Andrew Humphries was exellent. A biker himself and made it easy and painn free.

From Start to finish the service was friendly, reassuring, fair and quick to use.

Bradley and all involved prior to collection were helpful and professional and put me at ease.

I felt I was treated with respect, clear on the process and as promised received the price agreed .... absolutely recommend SuperBike - Thank you

Delivery of bike was really good and extremely pleased with bike. Being second hand it was immaculate and very high standard. Will definitely use again.

Arrived promptly, and early with good communication. Was very friendly and clear. Even quite fun to talk to. The quote was better than competitors and easy to process. Smooth and quick, helpful and professional. I just bough a bike from the Superbike Factory. The whole process was comfortable, and I've got a great bike in perfect condition. The staff explained everything, I've got detailed updates by text and email how the preparation is going. I found a great insurance on the home page, and at the pick up they made my Road Tax setup too. Only the weather was not handled by the Superbike Factory! My first ride was in rain.

Very easy to look around the showroom with a good stock of bikes.
Jack and all the staff are all very pleasant.
