Support was amazing and helpful! They don't share names, but whomever was helping me really helped me out and made things fantastic!
Highly recommended (definitely chose the lifetime option)

Anytime I need support or assistance from the team they are patient and professional. It is because of their quick response time and clear communication that my site is easy to maintain.

Fast and helpful advice on the technical issue.

A big problem for me, but a minor to solve. Solution the day after I asked - so nice - and thanks!

Awesome responses--awesome help! Just plain awesome. Thanks you; money well spent.

I first thought I could just get away with free themes, but as I'm not good at handling these settings and tech stuff, I decided to go with premium service.... And it was the right choice! I had a problem showing the dual language with a balanced layout, and their customer support and tech support helped me out in a kind and friendly manner. We exchanged emails back and forth, but they patiently dealt with the issue until it's resolved. Thank you so much!

Quickly solved a problem for me, great service.

SuperbThemes is a rad marketplace for Framer templates and WordPress themes. Their selections are stellar, and their support rocks - quick and helpful. Totally recommend them! 🙌

After several months of listing my themes on SuperbThemes.com, Not only did I see an increase in sales and revenue, but the support experience stood out to me as prompt, efficient, and always ready to help.

Navigating the marketplace was a breeze, and the platform provided the right tools / strategies to ensure my themes reached a wider audience. The platform is not just a place to list your themes; it's an ecosystem that facilitates growth for creators, I heard they're also planning paid ads for creators templates which would definitely boost sales. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for buyers to find and purchase your themes.

For any framer creator looking to monetize their work and gain greater exposure, I highly recommend listing your templates on SuperbThemes.com. It's an effective way to earn extra income and tap into a broader customer base.

Great platform, SUPERB are not only the templates but also their support and interest in growing their business.

Have been talking to two people from their team. Both were very responsive and helpful with any questions.

SuperbThemes boasts a wonderfully simple and ergonomic user interface, which efficiently showcases the various templates listed on the platform. Additionally, it offers a creator dashboard for template authors. I’ve found their customer (and creator) support to be truly exceptional and reactive!

Prompt response, and I’m very happy with the results.

Great service. I am enjoying the service so far

I was having loads of trouble trying to figure why the theme I ordered wasn't working on my website, so I reached out for a refund but then one of your reps gave me hope that it could be made right with an easy fix.
He was able to assess the problem and apply the theme properly in no time. The most wonderful thing about the experience was how positive and engaged the representative was. I believe his name is Martin! Thanks Martin!

Best themes and most of all BEST Customer service on the planet. You've definitely won a customer for life.
