In a time of critical need for me as the carer of my father, being brought to the emergency room in severe pain and diagnosed with PNEUMONIA, SUPERCARERS sent me a staff
member who with little instruction from me managed to fulfil my duties as carer for my father who quite frankly can be just plain bad tempered and mean but my carer managed to come threw for me in the worst possible conditions and I was absolutely impressed with my Supercarer Theresa Rhodes. She took such a burden off my shoulders and made me feel so comfortable to relax and concentrate on getting better. I can never thank her enough.

Very thoughtful and helpful when suggesting suitable carer for my husband. The carer who came was excellent and we will definitely use them again whenever we need help with carers again.

Brilliant service from Vanessa and the team at Super Carers. We are going through a tough time as a family and needed support with palliative care for a loved one at home. Vanessa took all the stress away and within 10 hours had recommended Proscovia who has just been outstanding.

I needed a carer immediately for my husband and was given the details of a carer who could start the next day. The carer was truly magnificent. She cared for and supported my husband; cooked, advised on foods, bought foods and generally kept things on an even keel. She had a positive, friendly disposition and was with us every morning for nearly 3 weeks.

These guys are very efficient; keep to what they say they will do...& deliver someone completely specific as per your request. Process of review & accept/decline works so well compared to other agencies. Thanks Maxine & Ladan.

I would like to get a job working for this company but first they got to do away with the timesheets I can't stand filling them in and they should make the wages a lot more simple

I would recommend SuperCarers without hesitation. They provided my aunt with a lovely carer over the Christmas period and also when she was extremely ill a wonderful overnight carer. They listen to your requirements and keep you updated regularly. SuperCarers are definitely my first choice!

I had a lot of problems with supercarers. The company itself is efficient with helpful organisers, but the carers they work with are poor, unreliable and really let me down, which is the service I've paid for. One of the carers just didn't bother turning up for months, without any notification, apology or explanation. It left my mum with no help for a long time which has impacted her health. I've gone elsewhere now to find a carer, which is working out better.

Lovely carer looked after my grandparents through some really tough times last year. She did so kindly and diligently with a smile on her face. Process was easy and the team were easy to work with.

Although i didn't use Super carers for long. I was basically my mum's primary carer. My dad and sister too looked after my mum but i quit my full-time job and decided to freelance and work from home so i could look after her.

It was all going well and i found it empowering looking after her but her symptoms changed having Motor Neurone and she couldn't sleep and was really active at night, meaning i wasn't sleeping.

I reached out to the NHS etc to get help with night carers, but the process was so long. I needed help instantly and started browsing online.

Finding Super carers meant i was matched to a carer instantly, and we got her almost immediately. She was kind, supportive and my mum took to her immediately.

She stayed up with her and i would check in hourly, i always caught them chatting and laughing...so was really happy we found her.

It wasn't until a few weeks she passed away. But i stayed in touch with my mums carer and now hoping to have her for my gran.

Overall, at a time when i had very little sleep, vauge hope and wanted to find a solution, super carers helped everything. So thank you once again.

Finally, an organisation that understands and removes the challenges of finding support for loved ones.

We needed emergency care for my grandma and we contacted SuperCarers to find care for her. We had a great conversation with a care advisor to understand her needs, but also her as a person. Within the next hour we had a choice of carers in our area to choose from. Really impressed.

Supercarers came to our rescue at very short notice and we have a wonderful carer who has immediately made my mother feel safe and comfortable, helping her full time permanent carer in the house so the duties are shared equally and happily together. The main live in carer Dhurata is amazing. She works her socks off and is so caring. Also the company Supercars were able to find relief carers when one couldn't turn up.
