Excellent service kasia was the lady from the coach she was very informant the guide insode was excellent too very knowledgeable. Thankyou was a fantastic day all round sad but learned an awful lot .

Hemos visitado Auschwitz-Bikernau y las Minas de Sal de Wieliczka en el mismo día y ha salido todo perfecto. Puntualidad a la hora de recogida en ambas visitas, traslado cómodo, muy buena explicación en español en Auschwitz y también en las minas.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus par cette agence de voyage.

Nous avions réservé nos billets d’entrée à Auschwitz dès le mois d’octobre, et à seulement 4 jours de la visite, alors que nous étions déjà en route depuis la France vers la Pologne (plus de 1500 km parcourus), notre réservation a été annulée au dernier moment. L’agence évoque des raisons de « force majeure », mais il apparaît clairement qu’ils ont simplement réattribué les places à d’autres participants pour le “March of the Living”.

Au-delà de cette annulation inacceptable, le manque total de considération et d’empathie est choquant. Nous avons été confrontés à une attitude froide et hautaine, sans aucune volonté d’écoute ni de proposition d’alternative. Résultat : nous nous sommes retrouvés livrés à nous-mêmes, sans solution, loin de chez nous.

Nous vous conseillons vivement de vous méfier : le risque d’annulation de dernière minute semble bien réel. Pour éviter ce genre de situation, il vaut mieux se tourner vers une agence plus fiable et respectueuse de ses clients.

Guide au top, explication très claire et riche mais il aurait été bien d'avoir un temps libre dans chaque camp car la visite passe trop vite

Abbiamo prenotato circa un mese prima per il tour di domenica 12 aprile alle 10. Come avevo letto da alcune recensioni precedenti, purtroppo il nostro tour è stato anticipato alle 6:20 del mattino. Non è stato il massimo doversi svegliare alle 4, ma comunque siamo rimasti contenti del tour. Sull'autobus eravamo accorpati ad un gruppo spagnolo. La guida, sul bus, parlava solo in spagnolo. All'arrivo ad Auschwitz abbiamo incontrato la nostra guida, Klaudia, una ragazza polacca che parlava molto bene italiano, preparatissima, gentile e molto disponibile. Il tour comprende sia Auschwitz che Birkenau. Ci è stato chiesto il giorno prima se volessimo acquistare la lunch box. Abbiamo accettato, ma sinceramente, tornando indietro, avremmo evitato. Il rientro in città è stato poco prima delle 14 e avremmo tranquillamente mangiato lì.

Visite d auschwitz rrserve en décembre visite prévu le 16 avril annule me 13 avril .. raison panne d électricité.. aucune alternative .. passe directement par le site d auschwitz birkenau cela vous coûtera moins cher et vous serez sur d avoir vos places

Ho prenotato 3 tour con Supercracow tramite Civitatis.
Ogni tour è stato organizzato bene, guide preparate puntualità negli appuntamenti. In particolare la giornata tra Auscwitz e Birkenau è stata gestista benissimo. La guida molto preparata. Il giorno prima ci hanno proposto di acquistare il lunch box abbiamo accettato ed è stata una scelta perfetta, senza fare fila abbiamo potuto mangiare e proseguire la visita, il rientro è stato a Cracovia verso le ore 17.20

Marquei a tour com dois meses de antecedência e cancelaram no dia anterior com diferentes desculpas e esfarrapadas. Disseram que não tinham conseguido comprar os bilhetes nos dias anteriores, não conseguiram oferecer nenhuma alternativa. Fomos de propósito à polónia para visitar Auschwitz e não conseguimos ir.

Sadly the day before our tour we were messaged to say our tour time had to be changed from 11.30 to 1.40 and this created a scheduling conflict so we had to cancel one of our trips. I specifically booked the time I did to fit them both in. So if you’re booking through here just be aware this could happen

Great experience

Booked this tour through Get Your Guide to Visit the Wieliczka Salt Mines Poland, the evening before i got a Whatsap message to say that due to necessary scheduling our tour time was changed from 10:30am to 11:00am, due to pre-arranged transport we arrived around 10:15, the morning was overcast and cold with a strong breeze, it was a cold wait sitting around outside
when it came near 11:00 i approached the Supercracow Rep and give her my name to which she give me tickets for 11:30am 1 hour after our scheduled time, i explained that i was not happy and explained the times forwarded to me last evening but she kept saying she only had 11:30 she then explained that i had to join the long Queue, despite having tickets that clearly state "Fast-Track Ticket: English.
i would not recommend using these agents to arrange any tours, there is no difference in going along yourself and getting you own tickets, apart from a £15 charge by these imcompentant agent to pre-purchase the ticket (best to avoid at all cost)

I recommend if you want go to Auschwitz, don’t go with these guys.

I was more time in a gas station waiting for the “guide” then i was in Birkenau. Literally i had 15’ to visit Birkenau , what a joke

No me gustó nada que teníamos una hora que habíamos elegido nosotros, que era a las tres treinta de la tarde, y nos la cambiaron a las 12:30 de la mañana con lo cual perdimos de hacer otras cosas en Cracovia

El tour estuvo muy bien y con una guía profesional. El problema es que cogimos uno que salía a las 10:00 y el día de antes nos lo cambiaron a las 5:20 am. Menos mal que nuestro apartamento estaba cerca, pero fue una faena, perdimos el desayuno que teníamos contratado con el hotel

The guide was a disaster. He rushed through all the explanations and when one of us had a problem with the ticket he didn’t care and didin’t even wait for us.
