This i really of the worst brokers i have ever used.I say this with years of exprerience.They cancel my withdrawel and took more money from my account after the withdrawel reflect back to my account.The money straight back to God know where.I have reaching out to them but they ignore my email for over a month now.They also close my manually and took all my money without any trading condition that can let to my account being blown>Dont use this broker at all!Very bad broker

I participated with a 750% bonus campaign. Although all my transactions were hedged, my positions resulted in a loss and the account was reset.

They showed a loss of -632 USD for 0.01 lot nas100. This is not possible.

I am trying to reach them with every communication method but I can't reach them...
I sent dealer and support emails for review. No response.

I am glad that i got help from the name on the circle for help of the funds back.

Be careful when you deposit your money to this broker. Most probably you will not be able to get them back anymore.
It is a scam.
Two weeks ago I decided to withdraw some money. Some were available in bitcoins, and others to debit card. I got a confirmation email that the transaction started:

"You have sent request to withdraw money from your account. Usually it takes 2- 4 hours or within a day. Please check your trading history for monitoring the status of your withdrawal. Below are the details of your request:

Later I got a message that the "transaction failed", but nothing has been restored to my account. Since then I sent them almost 20 emails to dealerAsuperforex.com and to supportAsuperforex.com. No answer so far. I have tried to communicate directly from their website, but nobody responded.
Just to mention that I made a withdrawal from another broker at the same time, so there was no problems with the recipient address.
If they can do it for $600 USD, imagine what is going to happen with few thousand.

Ladies and gentlemen kindly be informed that you must never draw near to this broker. It's a scam, stay away and save your money from these scammers. Don't dare to deposit some money. If you make a deposit they are too quick to process your transaction but you won't be able to withdraw your own money. For me it's been ages now I can't withdraw the money upto now from April and this is 20th July. They keep on cancelling my withdrawal request. I have provided all necessary documents authenticated by the high court for verification of my address 😭😭 nothing has worked yet. I have tried to forward my bank statements still nothing. PLEASE NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I WARN YOU MY BROTHER AND SISTERS.

aa) Harus membuat positif review di Truspilot
bb) harus trade 15 Lot
Aturan ini tidak ada di Peraturan Contest.
Lagian kalo harus trade 15 Lot lagi, kenapa mesti cape2 ikut contest, di broker lain kasi No deposit bonus atau welcome bonus. Tapi withdraw bisa dilakukan dengan trading cuma 2 Lot

Cela fait plus d’un mois que j’ai lancé une demande de retrait pour reprendre mon argent que j’ai déposé de bonne foi chez vous, armé d’une totale confiance en super forex. Mais jusqu’à l’ instant où je vous écris, je ne suis pas encore entré en possession de mon argent à cause des rejets successifs de ma demande de retrait. Malgré que j’ai honoré toutes vos exigences en vérifiant intégralement mon compte, ce rejet continue encore pour des raisons que j’ignore. J’ai adressé récemment un courrier (Cf. pièce jointe) précisément le 1er Juin 2024 pour me plaindre de la maltraitance dont je suis victime chez Super Forex et vous m’avez répondu le 05 Juin 2024 (Cf. pièce jointe) en me demandant de vous faire parvenir encore - et pour la troisième fois - mes documents ayant servi à vérifier mon adresse, c’est-à-dire ma facture électricité du service publique et mon relevé de compte bancaire. Le 06 Juin 2024 ces documents vous ont été envoyés. Sans aucune réponse de votre part, j’ai renvoyé pour la deuxième fois lesdits documents le 10 Juin 2024. Toujours à cause de votre silence incompris j’ai renvoyé pour la troisième fois les mêmes documents le 13 Juin 2024 espérant vous aider à valider ma demande de retrait. Enfin, je vous ai renvoyé les documents pour la quatrième fois le 25 Juin 2024 dernier. Jusqu’à l’instant où je vous écris, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part jusqu’à ce que ma dernière demande de retrait qui a séjourné plus d’un mois dans vos dossiers a été encore rejetée le 25 Juin 2024 (voir capture en pièce jointe) et cette fois-ci sans aucun motif de rejet exprimé.
Comment pouvez-vous éprouver du plaisir à négliger les préoccupations majeures de vos clients qui n’ont commis autre péché que d’avoir totale confiance en vous en déposant leur pauvre argent dans votre compte ?
Depuis plus d’un mois que cette histoire perdure, moi, je ne Trade plus et j’ai épuisé toute mon économie. Mon argent confisqué dans votre compte reste mon seul capital avec lequel je nourris ma famille. Vous nous avez laissé affamé et à genoux. Voulez-vous que nous mourrions de faim ? Avec votre mode de fonctionnement sadique, vous donnez raison à ces clients qui, avant moi, avaient dénoncé certains de vos agissements presque arnaqueuses.
Je regrette le choix de Super Forex comme broker !
Que dois-je faire enfin pour retirer immédiatement mon argent ?

I didn't receive my withdrawal on last May 28, 2024 and until now July 5, 2024 their support only asking the details but he can't help. It's a waste of time. Don't waste depositing to this broker and claiming their bunos it's a scam.

And now they are asking again the details of my account for second time. Don't trust them to waste your time with this broker.

Just won the gold contest prize money. Used experience was great can't wait to get my prize money and get back to the market with superforex this time using my local currency.

I made a withdraw from my profits. 4 days I have never received my money and the worst thing is they can't even let you access the withdraw page. Very illegitimate scammer alert guys.

They don't have any intention to pay your profits. They'll come out with made up excuses to take all your money. Stay away.
Update: Oh I contacted your support e-mail. You've never replied. Instead you manipulated my trades re-opening a closed position to cause a stop out after cancelling my withdrawal with no reason so now there's nothing to withdraw. I have proofs and the regulator is informed. Good luck.

Blijkbaar neemt het bedrijf het niet zo nauw met hun uitbetalingen, ze beloven een verwerking van 24h , maar ik wacht nu reeds meer dan een week, reeds verschillende keren chat support ingeroepen, maar het enigste wat ik hoor is dat ik 24h moet wachten, zelfs na meer dan een week ..... of dat het aana een derde partij zou liggen , hoewel de opnamen bij de broker nog altijd op "pending" staat, dus niks te maken met 3de partij.... denk allemaal maar eens goed na vooraleer je U geld toevertrouwd aan dit bedrijf . Vandaag nogmaals chat support geraadpleegd en gedreigd met verdere stappen , dan kreeg ik te horen dat zij enkel het support team zijn, dat ze dit doorgeven aan het financiele department , maar dat het dus niet "hun" fout is ... ik geef ze nogmaals 24h, update volgt...
Nu gisteren 13/06 nogmaals support gecontacteerd om de stand van zaken te vragen.... Blijkbaar krijg ik terug melding dat "zij" maar support zijn en dit enkel doorgeven wordt aan de financiële dep. Nu zou hun virtualpay in onderhoud zijn....?? Nochtans storten met virtualpay werkt blijkbaar prima... Verder probeerde hij me opnieuw andere methode van withdrawel, Astropay te laten kiezen.... Maar ik had zelfs die keuze niet... Enkel via Visa.... Dus je wordt hier continu aan het lijntje gehouden... Mails worden niet beantwoord... Chats worden gesloten als je teveel vragen stelt.... Echte oplichters.... Ik laat het daar natuurlijk niet bij.... Als ze problemen willen zullen ze die krijgen, vuile scammers
UPDATE, al weken mijn accountnummer doorgegeven... niemand zal de situatie oplossen, vuile scammers ... laatst nog opnieuw een chat gestart met support , ... weeral dezelfde zever ,... " je moet maar u geld afhalen via skrill.... " ....
Toen ik hem de withdrawel pagina liet zien, dat er geen optie actief staat om opname via skrill te doen, VERBRAK HIJ GEWOON DE CHAT !!!! VUILE OPLICHTERS , SCAMMERS , KUTBROKER .... vamos a probarlo los que hablan mal no conocen los mercados y poreso piensan que es el broker el malo no es asi aveses uno se descuida de los margenes y si el margen se pone en rojo te avisa que estas a punto de perder tus operaciones grandes abiertas y eso es uno el culpable por no saber o quien lo conecto no le esplico eso un brker con MT4 O 5 significa que es legal y no te robaran es uno que no sabe operar y le echa la culpa a los broker! que peresa tener que liriar con cliente que desconocen el mercado
