I read the Airbnb optimisation play book by Ellie Parienti and found it extremely useful.
It is set out with clear steps that I put into place. It helped me to understand how to update my properties in a much better way.
After reading the book and following the steps my bookings increased dramatically.
The book is easy to read and very practical.
I highly recommend it for any person who is managing a property whether it be 1 or 100.

I’m very grateful for all the help and support I’ve received from Elie. He carefully analyzed my Airbnb listing and gave me so many valuable tips and ideas that I would never have thought of myself.

What I really appreciate is that Elie is always happy to answer my questions, no matter how small or complicated they may be. He is patient, knowledgeable, and always tries to find a practical solution.

His advice has been incredibly helpful, and I feel much more confident about managing and improving my Airbnb listing. I truly appreciate his time, kindness, and willingness to help.

I would highly recommend Elie to any Airbnb host who wants to improve their listing and get better results. He is a pleasure to work with!

Very helpful book that got me thinking about refining my Airbnb listing. Wasy yo follow, easy to implement. Elie always helpful and responsive too

I tried the tool for optimizing my short term rental Airbnb listing. It gives very detailed and specific information on where you need to improve your listing and why. It then goes into generating corrections, for example description broken down in sections with explanations of why it's important.
The tool is extremely user friendly, very insightful and precise.
Great value, would highly recommend it!

Elie's tool has been systematically helpful in helping get visibility and therefore bookings, I can attest to its success, and Excellent performance ! Highly Recommend.

Even though I am an AirBNB Superhost and my listing is in the top 1% in my city, I figured there is always room for improvement. I see many ppl raving about Elie in a large Facebook group for hosts so I asked him to review my listing and offer advice to help increase bookings. I was skeptical, but I have to admit I was very impressed with what he came back with and I’m implementing changes right away. Definitely recommend working with Elie!

Really appreciate the information and feedback from this website. Gave me some fresh ideas and brought pieces to the forefront that I hadn't even considered that needed attention!

Great tools that help you increase bookings and views immediately. Helps rewrite your entire listing in Airbnb and VRBO. A all in done for you program. Highly recommend!!
