While the item appears to be solid and well designed, it is difficult to attach to an Australian standard push in as the male part on the gun is slightly bigger than the female locking hose attachment. Hence when pressure builds the hose disconnects. May require slightly bigger hose attachment here in Australia.

I love how you kept me updated every step of the way....you even told me when it would be delivered and it was. Plus......I LOVE the hat!!!! I know my neighbors will be all over this when I first wear it to the pool. Thank you for a great experience.

My order arrived in a timely manner, was not damaged & will now be entertaining for my grandchildren.

I plugged the device into the lighter receptacle while the engine was running, Within a few miles, I felt a deference in horse power. Maybe is was all in my head, but I felt a change.
It took awhile for the device to be received, but considering the distance, it was pretty fast.

it does get the hair out but it isn't as good as shown. I spent over 1/2 hour coming my dog and still need to do more

Customer service worked quickly to answer my questions about tracking and my ear buds were delivered promptly

I bought these for my daughter, who has ADD. She has to fidget most of the time, especially if she is in a car or sitting in a waiting room.

I could not return my item for a full refund.
They made it impossible to do so.
They offered me $5 and then $7 but gave me no help in how to return the item.
They are a Chinese Company and said it would cost more to ship it back then if they gave me $5.
This feels like a scam.
Terrible company and very false advertising
I should have checked 1st before purchasing.

I was disappointed to see this as scrawny and didn't live up to the ad showing how hair and other debris would get right into the brush and could be easily removed from the brush.

there was no directions that came with package i think it should have been included. otherwise i think the company is great will let you know if grass does not grow,

They has consistently updated me on the location of my Product. Especially since the source is from Overseas.
I am looking forward to receiving my Product.

I would have enjoyed getting my product MUCH earlier.

First wash, no lint or hair collected at all.

I'm not sure if I ordered the right item or I got ripped off. My intention was to order the big box what I received was a tiny version which in my opinion is useless for my needs.

It took weeks and weeks and weeks to arrive. That’s unconscionable.
