Amazing customer service, warehouse picker may need a question?
One of my packs of hair extensions was sent in the wrong colour but the customer service was absolutely amazing, such lovely people so helpful. We werent able to get the colour hair I ordered on time as it was out of stock which was a bummer and the only reason I am taking a star off, I think the warehouse sent me the incorrect hair as the hair I had ordered was out of stock hoping I wouldnt mind, which was abit disappointing but the customer service and the hair itself is fantastic

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're so sorry to hear about your delivery experience.
We completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, especially when you're located in central Auckland. While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, once a parcel has been handed over to NZ Post, the delivery timeframe is unfortunately outside of our control.
We truly appreciate your patience and your feedback, and we'll continue working closely with our shipping partners to provide the best possible service.
If there's anything we can do to assist with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. We'd be more than happy to help. ð

Superior Hair is amazing
Superior Hair is amazing. I have been purchasing hair from them for a quite a while now. No complaints whatsoever. Always happy with the texture, color and above all the quality. I also spoke to them a few times on the phone but today I got Jivan on the phone and she was so lovely to chat to. Took her time to explain. Was very helpful and knowledgeable and she made me feel I was special :) Thank you Jivan. You are an asset to the company. Keep shining and spread your kindness and support. Irene Singh xx

Buy somewhere else.

They came fast but I don't know why I tried again with this company. I always get classic clip ins, tried the seamless aswell. I was going to get a halo but the hair quality is just mediocre to say the least. The hair used to be amazing, sturdy and no split ends but now its like it has plastics in it. Can't make it shiny it didn't come silky soft and shiny neither not sure if they have changed suppliers but definitely looking else where. Soon as I get my new ones from someone else will be throwing these in the bin. I have been wearing clip ins for 20+ years and have a lot of care knowledge and the quality of their hair as of late is just not upto standards yet they rise the pricing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your recent experience didn't meet your expectations, especially as a returning customer. We completely understand how disappointing this must feel.
We take the quality of our hair very seriously. Unlike many brands, we own and operate our own factory, where our extensions are handcrafted using premium 100% Remy human hair. We haven't changed suppliers, and every batch goes through multiple quality control checks before leaving our factory. That said, we're genuinely concerned by your experience, as it isn't the standard we aim to provide.
We'd really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further. Please contact our support team at purchase@superiorhair.co.nz with your order number and a few photos or a short video of the extensions. Our quality control team will thoroughly assess the hair and work with you to find the best possible resolution.
We truly value your feedback and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to make this right.
