Abbas from Uni assisted me arranging umrah visa for my mother who holds Indian passport. There had been issues with her biometric finger prints as she was unable to scan her fingers. However I obtained an exemption letter from GP and forwarded to Abbas who processed the application within 5 working days. He also arranged a pick up facility from Madina airport to hotel which was fabulous. The driver was on time and was in touch with us throughout, also the car was very clean.
May Allah make Umrah wash for everyone. Ameen.

Extremely happy. Its 2nd time we are booking through them and they never disappoint with price & service . We had booked Umrah package for famiy of 4.
