I ordered bulbs for my car and they are too large, larger than the bases. Upon contact via email super illumination responded that I ordered the wrong bulbs. I showed how the diagrams show the sizing and that is NOT what came. They are now arguing with me about the website shows the size.
This company does NOT know how to make led bulbs that will fit into cars. The bulb has to be smaller than the base diameter form them to fit.

Never get my ordered . They didn’t refund nor reship. They kept my money.

I should of read the other reviews first before buying from them. Tracy answer my initial request for a replacement part purchased and it failed within two weeks. He is argumentative, and avoids responsibility for their faulty products. Just a negative experience I didn't need.

Beware of dealing with Tracy and the extremely poor customer service. I've never written one of these before but feel compelled to do so now. When a customer service representative fails to admit fault in their product then you are at their mercy. Arguing over and over again through emails is absolutely ridiculous in this day and age. There must be other companies out there that sell these products and I highly recommend doing your homework. Do not settle for being treated like an unimportant customer.

If the product upon receipt works -- great.
If you should subsequently have problems -- what misery...
No-one to call, slow responses via email -- you have to beg, charm, cajole to get an answer or turn-around, and forget getting your money back...
What with similar bulbs available on Aliexpress, albeit from unknown suppliers, their price compared with Superlumination more than makes up for any possibility of uncertain returns to a direct supplier from China.
Superlumination do not have their mojo and it shows...
