TrÚs bien sauf la société de livraison

TrÚs bon site, trÚs bon service client, j'ai par contre les deux fois que j'ai commandé eu des soucis avec l'organisme de livraison colis privé qui soit né livré pas à la bonne adresse ou soit ne livré pas du tout, quand je vois les avis de la société colis privé cela ne m'étonne pas ils feraient mieux de passer par une autre société de livraison... Mais sinon rien à dire sur le site supermofool qui est trÚs bien.

Ich habe bei Supermofools zwei Motomaster Flame Bremsscheiben fÃŒr KTM 690 / Husqvarna 701 gekauft – im absolut neuwertigen, unbenutzten Zustand, originalverpackt.

Was dann folgte, ist an Dreistigkeit kaum zu ÃŒberbieten: Eine RÃŒckgabe wurde kategorisch abgelehnt, obwohl ich mich an die Fristen gehalten habe und das Produkt nachweislich nicht verbaut wurde. Stattdessen verweist man auf „Sicherheitsvorschriften“, um sich der RÃŒcknahme zu entziehen – eine fragwÃŒrdige Ausrede, die in der RealitÀt vor allem kundenfeindlich und bequem fÃŒr den HÀndler ist.

Doch es wird noch absurder: Man versucht mir in derselben Nachricht ein weiteres Produkt zu verkaufen – als wÀre das ernsthaft ein akzeptabler Ersatz fÃŒr verweigerte RÃŒckerstattung. Das ist keine Kundenbetreuung, das ist knallharte Abzocke.

Fazit: Wer bei Supermofools kauft, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass RÃŒckgaben – selbst bei unbenutzter, originalverpackter Ware – mit fadenscheinigen Argumenten abgelehnt werden. Statt Lösungen zu bieten, versucht man sogar noch, mehr Geld zu machen. Unprofessionell, unseriös und kundenverachtend. Nie wieder.

Unfortunately we can't return your product indeed due to safety reasons. In the email you've sent us you mentioned the package has been opened. The discs are sealed to protect you as a customer.
We've offered you a solution and you never replied to our email that you're not satisfied with the service. We would've looked into it if we could've helped you further.

We hand out refunds or replacements of products if they meet our return policy which you've read and agreed by ordering the products.
Second of all; the product has been listed for certain bikes; however you bought it for the wrong bike. We're very sorry we didn't make you happy as a customer. If you've any problems still feel free to e-mail us so we can see if we can work it out.

I see in the track and trace that your order was released by customs May 4 (in destination country), this process is unfortunately beyond our control and will be the same for every European webshop. We find it unfortunate that you write this review and did not contact us first so we could have given you this explanation.
