Fantastic company with a great variety…
Fantastic company with a great variety of supplements. I ordered the magnesium complex. Unfortunately the Vit B6 in it gave me acne so I had to stop just before they sent me a new bottle. I contacted them about the issue and they refunded me the money immediately.

Highly recommend the magnesium glycinate, zinc and vitamin B6 supplement. They really do help with anxiety and have a very good calming affect. I do feel the product is a bit expensive, but I buy them, because I find they work

The right cover for me.

Amazing Quality Products
I've being buying form Super self for the past few years. Their products are amazing. Had great results from the biotin and multivitamins. The biotin especially made a difference to my nails as they don't split anymore.
