Ich habe breits 3 mails geschrieben und versucht anzurufen. Keine Reaktion. Habe eine größere Bestellung gemacht und sollte eine Rechnung bekommen. Keine Reaktion ...

Shopped there a couple of times. The prices are good, and my experience with their customer support was really very positive. (They helped me get an item i thought i would not get anymore.)

I bought a product from them just four days before they offered a discount on it. I tried contacting Supersound by email twice and I even asked a polish friend to talk to them on the phone, as to ask if it'd be possible to get the discounted price. Something I'd seen reasonable, since as I said I just bought on a Friday and just next Monday they offered a 100€ discount.

Two weeks later, they haven't responded to any of the emails nor answered my calls. Terrible customer service.

Fast Delivery, very good packaging. The ordered music hardware was delivered in a perfect condition.

I’ve purchased from Supersound many times before, but at this point, I strongly advise against any cooperation. Unfortunately, the ongoing situation and the feeling of helplessness caused by my product being held for over a month under the warranty claim, no replies for more than 14 days, no possibility of email contact (no response since September 16), no phone contact (endless waiting on the hotline), and the general lack of effective communication compel me to share my experience.

The only available form of contact (through the service form, signed as “Supersound Team”) requires more than a week of waiting for a reply. As of now, I’ve been waiting for an “immediate” refund since October 7 — though apparently “immediate” means another week of waiting in uncertainty, without updates and without any realistic possibility of speaking to anyone. Since October 13, I’ve been waiting for an update on the progress of this apparently complex operation — the refund.

Today is October 16. Should I expect my refund by Easter? Or maybe just an email saying that the refund is “being processed”? At this point, all I can do is joke about the situation and Supersound’s attitude toward their customers.

No words. No money. No equipment I need. No response.

Magasin à fuir; personnel malhonnête et menteur .J'ai passé commande pour une pédale UAFX, colis jamais reçu, me demande si il me renvoie la pédale car il était hors de question qu' avec le premier envoi catastrophique j'avais peur que cela soit réitéré.Je demande alors un remboursement me font signer une attestation qui stipule ma non réception et m'indique le remboursement. Et depuis silence radio !!!! cela fait plus d'un mois et je n'ai toujours rien perçu.
Magasin pas sérieux, qui vous prends pour un imbécile. Habitant en France, il profite de ce genre de situation pour escroquer les clients !!!!!!!!!
On parle d'une somme de 319.80 euros !!!!!!

They sent a mail telling me the package would be sent next day.
In fact it was sent that evening.

Firma uniemożliwia podanie prawdziwych danych do wystawienia faktury VAT. Żeby dokonać zakupu na podmiot zagraniczny, trzeba popełnić przestępstwo. Albo stronę napisali niekompetentni debile, albo cwaniacy, tzw. janusze biznesu. Użeranie się z takowymi jest dla mnie na tyle męczące, że oprócz wystawienia recenzji wyślę donos do UOKiK-u oraz urzędu kontroli skarbowej, co polecam także innym.
