I will never use this company again! Placed an order end of January, a few days later I received an email to say the product was out of stock, I could either wait 1-2 weeks for delivery or receive a refund. After 2 weeks I heard nothing, I emailed and I was told I would be issued a refund, I paid through PayPal and this morning I’ve been told the refund has taken too long to come through and has failed.

Delivery not great I’m still waiting over a week later. Had to order another thank god for Amazon Prime I’m 12 shakes in, I wouldn’t ask customers for a review whilst they are still waiting for your product.

Unable to give more stars as I am still waiting for my product delivery company says still not received item

Excellent customer service. I emailed with regards to a delay in my parcel and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly my issue was resolved. The customer service agent I dealt with was extremely efficient, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Product arrived as promised and enjoyed the little personalised card with 10% off my next purchase. All round a good experience.

As someone who buys my supplements online only I'm always trying out different sites to buy from but this company seems to have the best prices on all the brands they stock with super fast delivery. Plus you save even more when you join their loyalty program which makes it an even better bargain! Will continue to shop from Super Stacked from now on.
