Booked two tickets to see Bryan Robson speak in Northampton, arrived to find a group of angry people who told me that the event had been rescheduled to November, without any notice.

Superstar Speakers have ignored all my attempts to request a refund, and so I’ve had to open a payment dispute via PayPal. Would not recommend.

Absolutely dreadful- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The event was cancelled, no explanation, no response when emailed and they don’t answer the phone , no chance of an apology or refund. Totally feel scammed.

I paid over £100 for two tickets to an event, they have emailed stating the event is cancelled (or 'canceled' as they stated). No mention of a refund, I have emailed them twice with no response. I paid via PayPal, so now waiting for them to resolve. Will never use this a company again, complete scammers!!!

Dreadful!!! terrible service...still trying to resolve an issue since February when an event was postponed without notice to me. tried emailing and phoning but no reply. spent £90 on tickets and now want my money back...think it's going to be a long process!

The event was cancelled due to a storm, the rescheduled date did not suit so I requested a refund. The company ignored my email, I then left a voicemail (the phones are never answered) but no-one returned my call, I proceeded to send additional emails which contained how they were breaching legislation, bank guarantees, trading standards, etc. I eventually got a reply but the refund was not forthcoming. I resent my email to be told that there are only 2 staff working 7 days a week 16 hours a day! It took nearly a month and numerous emails to get my refund. Unfortunately I would not use this company again.
