its a great company, but the only thing is that you pay like double if you pay with paypal! they should just have the same price no matter what payment method but that is my pov! However they provide great and fast customer service!

The incident that catalyzed my disillusionment was an unexpected expulsion from my family Spotify account. It was as if the very foundations of trust and reliability had crumbled, leaving me to navigate the labyrinthine corridors of customer support with naught but a flickering torch of hope.

I embarked on a Sisyphean task of renewing my account, meticulously following the instructions delineated on Supgrade's website and Discord channel. Despite my status as a customer, their servers obstinately refused to recognize my existence, thereby barring me from opening a help desk ticket.

Driven by desperation, I purchased another key, momentarily gaining the elusive "customer status." Alas, this proved to be a futile endeavor, a mere mirage in the desert of despair. Four days elapsed, marked by silence and indifference from Supgrade's customer support team.

The deletion of their Discord channel further exacerbated my predicament, resulting in the loss of all my keys. My attempts to rectify the situation were met with the cold, unyielding wall of technological bureaucracy.

Supgrade's service, while innovative in concept, has proven to be a hollow shell, devoid of empathy and responsiveness. The cool façade of a lifetime subscription is marred by a support system that seems to operate in a vacuum, impervious to the pleas and frustrations of its clientele.

In conclusion, Supgrade's offering is a cautionary tale, a stark reminder that the allure of convenience and affordability must be weighed against the potential risks and the absence of a safety net. If you find yourself teetering on the precipice of decision, I implore you to reflect deeply. For in the event of a fall, you may find yourself abandoned, bereft of both your Spotify account and the funds invested in a service that promised so much yet delivered so little.

Only works for a couple of week.
Like many people here have said, it will only work for a week after that you gotta 'renew' aka make a new account every week.

Many of the reviews here are fake and forced. You are forced to give a review after a purchase by the Supgrade.

The support is decent, but definitly not 24/7 as they claim to be. Also the price as stated are not true, they are a bait. every single payment method adds atleast $2,50 to the orignal price.

I have bought 3 keys/accounts and all of them have stopped working in less then 2 weeks.

I'm rewriting my experience .
On 31-08-2023 my premium was gone.
After i opened ticket for the support, I had to do everything by my own it took me half n hour to figure it out .5/5 for customer service .
Again after renewal of 12hrs i had same problem.
I had to do it all over by myself again.
I do not recommend supgrade to anybody.

The same 💩 cycle every single time.
Upgrade to premium > Lose is in less than a week > Try to renew > renew never works >” 24/7 “ reply after 2 days > get premium again for another 2 days and then get f***ckd again. Honestly I would rather pay for a full premium than have to deal with this 💩 every time. What do you think I’m gonna keep creating new emails every 5 days so you can “automatically” renew my account. If you don’t have time to waste don’t bother with this service, absolutely trash experience.

Never got premium. Terrible Customer Service.

They take forever to respond to the simplest request and they never solved my issue. Also, they don't do refunds so I basically got scammed. Buy your upgrades from other providers.

They don't have 24/7 support. they don't care enough, bought a key and upgraded by a couple hours 4-6 hours my spotify premium went away. And their renewal system doesn't even work

The service works and the renewal system works but it's really dependent on luck for how long your account will stay premium before you'll have to renew it.

hasta ahora, funciona.. espero que este vendedor sea distinto a los demas.. he comprado otras veces y las cuentas solo duran un par de semanas.. este vendedor es relativamente nuevo (comenzo en marzo de este año) en mi pais, con este precio obtengo 6 meses de spotify premium , asi que espero que dure al menos eso...

ya he comprado a otros vendedores y luego de un tiempo desaparecen cortandote el soporte.. espero esta vez sea distinto..

marketed as 'flexible cheap pricing', i went to take a look and after checking out the different payment types, i understood why it is 'flexible', because it starts from €3.50, up to €7. you get the cheapest price via crypto yes, but if you do not own any crypto, it will probably cost you more due to the deposit fee, trading fee & network fee in order to set up the payment across. the next option is paypal which cost more upfront but you do not need to pay those extra fees, but again there is a catch, you can only pay via 'friends and family payment' mode and NOT 'goods and services payment', which is not available in many countries due to monetary regulations. so the only option left is to pay with credit card/apple pay/google pay, which is twice the price of the marketed 'low' price. and of course they will persuade you to buy more so you get cheaper per quantity, but what's the point of buying more when you just needed one? i still pay more after all!

basically the intent of the service is good, but the payment procedure just suck. i ended up with another provider which offer card payment via stripe. definitely cheaper than what is offered here, no shenanigans, and got everything done within 5 minutes.
