I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and realized it pretty quickly. An email to customer support quickly resolved that issue and I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Shipping updates inaccurate
Shipping updates were highly inaccurate. There were never updates saying the shipment was delayed, the due date would come and go with no order, and after reviewing the shipping details, there would be a NEW estimated date of delivery. This happened at least three times. I've received many overseas orders with normal tracking data/updates.

Items are bannered "made in Minneapolis" but were sent from Italy. The shipping cost was marked as "expedited shipping" yet it took a month to receive one shirt and one small pin. Email to customer service after 1 1/2 weeks garnered a reply that the shipper was contacted and asked to expedite. Products are disappointing in size.
